I went to this supercuts today and got my hair cut, washed, and styled and they charged me $85! I could’ve gone to a high end boutique and got charged less. When I asked for an itemized receipt they said they don’t do that. I told them to figure out how I got up to $85 and the max that they were able to think of was $54. After I said so how did I get to $85, Shandra Thompson (the lady that did my hair) said the rest was her service fee. A $31 service fee for drying my hair! She says she straightened all of my hair but she was “too fast” for me to see. I will NEVER be using this supercuts again.

Signed in at 1100am, appeared there were 4 people ahead of me. Two employees working, several more customers came in, one asked how long, said he would come back, employee advised him he could loose his place in line if not present when name called.. he would have to resign the list...after that employee called out three names in a row that were not in the shop then got the 4th one, which left me next so I thought...after I have been waiting 55 minutes 3 more customers walked back in that had there names called out, the employee recognized them as the ones that had left, then she said the first one was next.... I couldnt believe what I was hearing... I left, I have gone to supercuts for 25 years, this was the worst experience I have ever had ... Wont be back unless I hear from them..

Its been a long time since having a haircut, because of Covid. Super Cuts was a wonderful place to have a new haircut . Shanna was great and did a wonderful job . For an elderly person it was a great relief to see the workers still were wearing mask. The waiting area had seats 6 ft apart. Most importantly, after each customer left from getting waited on the area was cleaned before next person sat down . Definitely would recommend this Super Cuts and Shanna.

The wait wasnt too bad being they only had 1 barber on duty on a Saturday morning but the cut was good

Fast cut. Sign-in waited in vehicle. Got a call in 5min to come sit in a chair. Couldnt have asked for more than that. All persons entering must have a mask on and get temp checked.

Always a pleasant experience at this Supercuts. Shanna performed a haircut and did a wonderful job. She confirmed the hair cut was to my liking and If any changes could be made. Thomas and her provided a comfortable, enlightened environment even with covid changes to normal operation. Overall, great customer service and well-done!!!

ZERO stars!! Stay away. This franchise is pathetic. Never again! Had an appt got there 5 mins early they had me wait 30 mins so i asked how much longer was told at least 15 minutes. I left without getting a cut. Went back with an appt months later and store was unable to cut my hair because of lack of receipt paper (offered to pay cash regardless). Done with this place.

Ghia cut my hair for years from the Perkins location. Then I followed her to the Essen location. She always listened to what I needed and made me feel welcome. When she left Essen I went back to the Perkins location and Thomas has cut my hair for the last few months. I was very disappointed in the last cut. He botched it. I thought I would live with it till next month but just couldnt. I returned today and Tina fixed my cut the best she could given how short and lopsided it was. She listened and knew how I wanted it cut to meet my styling. I will request her instead of Thomas next month. Thomas can give a good cut but seems like he doesnt listen and cuts the way he wants you to look. He needs to slow down and pay attention.

When I walked in they were talking about issues with the cash register. 4 people standing around the desk, cash register. Someone did speak to me, then they continued to have their discussion. I got my trim.They continued to talk back and forth about money issues. I felt uncomfortable and felt these conversations should not discussed in front of costumers.

A good place for a haircut if youre not looking for anything too fancy. My husband and I both get our hair cut here, and we like it just fine. Open at convenient hours as well.

Asked for a half inch trim, was ignored and had most of my hair cut off while the stylist sang to music on their phone. By the time I realized I was getting whatever haircut he decided to give me, it was too late for me to stop without having lopsided hair. won’t be going back.

Not totally pleased with my cut but people were friendly so Im giving 2 stars. Showed the stylist a few pics so shed get an idea of the length and style I wanted. She trimmed a little off leaving me with same style I went in with, only a wee bit shorter. Had to tell her a couple of times to go shorter and get rid of the box look. I finally just went with the last attempt. But its a horrible cut and I wont go back there.

Thomas was the stylist for my mom. I questioned why he was cutting her hair so short. She’s 68 and suffers from mental issues d/t Dilantin toxicity. She’s in a vulnerable state but just wanted to take her out to get pampered. I questioned why so short. He stated in front of her that her hair was “to’ up.” Speechless! She’s been through so much this month. Unprofessional! We know, that’s why we are here!!!

Not only do you get a great haircut but you get great entertainment as well.....the singing barber...lol. This guy makes the wait less painful.

She did exactly what I needed, a quick trim so I could get on with my day. The stylist was very nice and did not waste my time. The actual salon looked like it could use an update or a good cleaning.

Stylists are experienced with providing good haircuts. Lorraine is by far the best. She is welcoming and makes the visit quite pleasurable.

Lorraine trimmed my hair just how I like it. She was very nice and efficient. I would definitely recommend her.

This has been my go-to haircut salon for the past year or so. They are pretty consistent and pretty quick. They understand what Im going for even with my poor explanation. 4 stars instead of 5 because they dont do the LSU student discount here (they do provide coupons in those coupon books, though). P.S. There is an employee with blue hair named Wendi, I think, who does a great job.

Since a new manager, Ms. Claiborne, many things I liked about going to supercuts has declined, like manager is often holding personal conversations on cellphone while servicing a customer or reprimanding another stylist in front of customers which was quite unprofessional. She is not friendly or welcoming when customers come in. I come to Supercuts because of Lorraine plus the opportunity to relax. Lately, I have noticed that that feeling does not exist anymore. As a matter of fact my entire family gets their haircut by Lorraine. I was just informed she was fired by the new manager and district manager because she asked for a raise. I cannot support a business that does not treat their employees fair. And yes, I know that the management and owner tend to use unscrupulous management techniques with regard to their employees. Well know that none of my family or friends will return to Supercuts and I will tell anyone who ask me about this location to not patron it. I will post this comment on all of social media then lets see if she should have gotten a raise after 26 years.

Horrible service!!! Claims they dont do highlights after 3 pm but when I called earlier in the day to schedule an appointment I was told to just come in. To top off this horrible experience the woman didnt even have the decency to stand up and greet me. Instead she sat in the chair. Im sorry you close at 7pm my hair has never taken 3 hours to highlight and I have been getting it done for 15 years!

Did a complete hack job on my boyfriends beard, trimmed it uneven and left long and short patches all over the place. Disaster. The haircut was subpar too. Boo.
