Called a few times to get more info and schedule training. Never received any response or call back. I visited website and completed the form for training..never received a response for that either. I wonder if they are still in business...

James is ALWAYS on point! For me, customer service is everything. From cleanliness, to time management, to quality. I judge every business on these standards . l havent been disappointed yet when I go here! The staff is friendly, respectable and know alot about their craft. James is my barber but I feel any of the stylists are well equipped for the job! Id DEFINITELY recommend this place!

I went in and gave it another try the barbers were all very nice and professional, they have changed their prices I paid about 30 dollars for a full cut and design, the barber was very professional and the shop is very clean and seemed very unique! Glad I gave it another go !I sat and waited for about an hour, and i was told I was too late to get a hair cut becuase the shop closed at 5 pm even though i was there at arond 3 45 pm . instead of greeting me and letting me know the availability of the barbers I was left to sit and waste time . Will not return to this location.The unprofessionalism is just ridiculous, no one even cares to reply to the post to apologize! There are better shops available in baton rouge !

Fyi... if you see a new face in the barbershop or hes not a regular that does not mean that they dont need a haircut also. Ive been here twice and was looked over countless times while making eye contact with several of The Barbers but was ignored. I will never come here again and I dont know why I expected much from a bunch of black guys smh...

The barbers in the shop can very well. Customer service is on point. Love the flatscreen on each side of the shop and waiting area.
