Anthony accepted payment for work which included recarpeting my boat and reupholstering the seats with the understanding that my son would be doing much of the labor. With my sons labor and Anthonys expertise the boat was recarpeted and done well. When Anthony and my son had a falling out and decided they couldnt work together, I offered to take my sons place. Since Im a senior female I understood that may not work Well. So I offered to have him refund the difference. But he said he would do the job given until the end of 2018. He has some of the boat seats, but has done nothing else and will not respond to my requests to either refund, give us the seats and the material that was purchased, or finish the job.
