Not only was the service quick the staff went out of there way to help me with my only means of transportation. They showed around for the best price for replacement parts, told me what I absolutely needed to get on the road and what I could come back and fix, offer to bring me home, and help me find a way that I could afford the cost of repairs. This wasnt just one person it was the whole staff. Due to could, work, and just in general life I have been taking on hit after another and the kindness, understanding, and professionalism saved me. Thank you guys and especially the management at this place. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance.

I unexpectedly went in to have my tires rotated last Monday. Ricky met me at the front door and took great care of my vehicle. I didn’t have an appointment but he fit me in. Little did I know they opened at 8 am but he was eager to help at 7:45 when I arrived! In and out in 30 minutes! Great service!

I have been going to this location to replace my tires on both my personal vehicle and work truck. They have always been polite, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The other day a tire went flat on the interstate and I brought my truck to them with no appointment. They were very busy but still worked me into their very busy day. I didn’t know that they also did mechanic work until this point. They replaced the brakes, tires, and did an oil change. They have always been honest, reliable, and I feel reasonably priced. I recently walked out to my car having a flat tire. i went around the corner to mavis with hesitation. often times going alone and being a girl, i often feel car maintenance / repair places try to take advantage. i feel that everyone working at mavis was first very friendly and helpful. the prices were fair and i would return for any thing else needed in the future regarding my car.

I would give Mavis 10 stars if I could. Fantastic engaging staff. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming my business. They are the real deal! Clearly outlined my needs and how they were to solve my tire concerns. Checked the car for shocks and brakes as well. All this in the 30 minute time frame they quoted me. I pulled in to Mavis at 5 PM on my way out of town having just run over a 10 inch metal rod that punctured my tire. I desperately needed a quick repair but realized it was 5 pm and had no idea what was possible. The team there was so understanding, pulled my car in quickly, repaired the tire and had me on the road in 30 minutes. Great customer service!

Was one of the best car repair experience Ive ever had!!! My struts went out on my 06 Lexus a few months back and Ive been shopping around because I didnt have alot of funds for this repair but it got to the point of no return, after getting estimates from other tire places I was shocked at the estimates I was getting I guess because it was a Lexus but theres no way I could afford it but Ricky the manager really went beyond to help me out and I save almost 600.00 dollars !! Great, honest service. We called ahead and they were very kind, talked us step by step with what our car needed. They had a promotion where each synthetic oil change comes with free wipers, and $10 off for a google review. The waiting area is nice and the service is honest. They explained what we needed and charged a reasonable amount for a new tire, alignment, and oil change.

Absolutely the best prices! Called around different shops for control arm replacement and they were hands down the cheapest! Saved at least $1500-2000 dollars. If you go in, ask for Tom or Rickey Mancuso, theyre fair and treat you right. Finally found a shop that I can trust and does great work. Kudos to the team at Mavis Tire and Brakes! Ill definitely be a repeat customer.

I went there to fix a knocking noise in the front end and alignment of my corolla. The people were super nice but the service itself was awful. After spending more than a thousand dollars there, the noise was still there. Not only that, I took it to another mechanic and he showed me that the bolts were left loose and that they had to redo the alignment. Too much money for the poor service.

(ONE STAR) I do not know what happened with this place after it became Marvis Tire (before it was Tire Engineers).I made an appointment on a Thursday for the Monday on the next week. Explained all that what was wrong with it, and I what I want to have it done. Dropped my vehicle off on Sunday, and left my key in the drop box.For the remainder of Monday, around 11am, I give them a call to check on the status, and the guy that answered the phone did not know anything about it at first. Put me on hold for 10 min, comes back and says that he found my vehicle and will pull it in within the next hour. I told them to call me back and let me know what happened. They never did. So I call them around 3:30pm again. A different guy answered the phone and asked me what was supposed to happen to my vehicle. REALLY! What is going on now? He called the store manager because at this point I was pretty angry that he asked me that. The manager with the lamest excuse that they had another job before mine and turn to be a bigger job and they have not even look at my vehicle at all! Or call me to let me know. Ridiculous. Not even an apology either. I will never go back there and I will tell anyone I know to never go there. Terrible customer service and very entitled employees. What they expect me to react? Come on!!!(FIVE STAR) UPDATE: The manager was nice enough to call me back on the same day and told me what the issues were with the vehicle and even offered to stay after the closing time to have my vehicle ready. He showed a lot of character and ownership about the situation which made me change my negative review.

Sons vehicle front end was supposedly repaired and tire alignment performed. Payment was made, but problems not fixed. Returned vehicle and Mavis indicated there were other problems! Charged for services not done and incomplete work. Plus, wanted more $ to fix problems they missed. Very poor service and incompetent work! Retrieved the vehicle and went else where.

I’ve been to Mavis twice now for my jeep that seemingly is always giving me problems! They are fast, very friendly and the prices cannot be beat. Their mechanics know what they are doing and will not gip you! Im a college student and feel very comfortable sitting in their lounge or even dropping my car off.
