They have been nothing short of wonderful, professional and honest. They kept me updated on the progress and communication with my insurance. Blaine and Mrs Joanie were more than helpful. The customer service is extremely unresponsive. I called them 4 times, but Blaine never returned a call. I think I cannot trust them for their repair and I would get it done in another shop on Airline.

My Service Representative at Infiniti of Baton Rouge recommended Cavins Auto Repair. When I phoned them, Cavins estimator responded promptly and actually did the estimate while my vehicle was at Infiniti for a service appointment. They timely submitted the estimate and scheduled my repair appointment. When I ran into a problem with Hertz being unable to pick me up, Cavins Receptionist stepped up and got one of their employees to drop me off at Hertz. That is exceptional service and much appreciated. When I picked up my vehicle, there was no evidence of a repair, which is great, and the paint perfectly matched my vehicle. A1 body shop. 3rd time going always a great job. Just recently my wife forgot her gun in her car. They called and notified me and had it up front waiting when I came to pick it up. I think it would have probably came up missing at any other body shop. Good looking out guys👍🏽

Long turnaround times on repairs.

January 2019. I have dealt with Cavins over the years, and have always been very pleased with the service and quality of work. This time I needed the hood scoop replaced on my MINI Cooper. I brought them the correct part from the dealer for painting, and they did an outstanding job. While installing it, they told me I was missing the grill that fits inside the scoop (that the dealer did not mention). Thanks to Cavins, I now have the part correctly installed. May have saved me from damaging my engine, too, preventing excess water from coming in the scoop. Well done!

This was the WORST experience I have ever had with any place dealing with a car. I was involved in an accident with a dog, that did significant damage. (believe it or not) The body work and paint was amazing..... as far as everything else goes, it was horrible. They got paid to fix mechanical issues with my car, that were not fixed. I brought them the car back a week later, and still they did not fix it. Im not going to continue to go back when they are not fixing anything. The manager and 2 other employees stated We are not mechanics . My question then is why perform and charge for mechanical work? They also have a sign saying how much they charge for mechanical labor. Funny, when they are not mechanics!!!

Hi end shop they always do Top Notch work

A friend of mines had a very bad experience with this repair shop !! It was delay after delay ! Even after 1 month of not meeting their obligations !! The vehicle remains unfinished!! Causing additional rental fees!! This repair shop is definitely not recommended !!!!
