I moved to New Orleans from Florida is 2011, since then I have found that every luxury car dealer I have dealt with in Nola seems to think they don’t have to compete for your business because they are the only dealer in town. I have dealt with BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, and had 2 Porsches since l moved here. Peak (New Orleans BMW dealer) rarely has much inventory that I like and never wants to come off money at all. I bought a $160,000 i8 from them and didn’t get any different treatment on service that I would have got if I had bought a 3 series from an out of town dealer, so I have determined that it was well worth driving to Baton Rouge to buy the 5 series I just got the other day and peak can service it since they seem to do the minimum regardless of where you bought the car. I will say that porsche in New Orleans is the only luxury German brand here with good service if you buy a car from them, but your going to spend far more money to buy a comparable Porsche.

I found the vehicle that I was interested in at Brian Harris online (a 2021 Carbon Black BMW X3 M40i). I was contacted by my sales person, Carly Boos, and she was able to answer all my questions and to guide me through my online purchase including special member Carly was fantastic and extremely helpful making this car buying experience the best ever. She was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the X3 M40i and was able to quickly get me going on my trip home to Tennessee. Everyone at Brian Harris was friendly and professional including the finance manager Jason Breaux who was very efficient in getting all of the paperwork done which included taking care of Tennessee taxes and registration. Overall Brian Harris BMW seems to be an exceptional dealership and I would highly recommend Carly Boos and Brian Harris to anyone considering the purchase of a BMW!

Had no issues scheduling my appointment. Arrived for my appointment and was greeted positively and directed to my advisor. The technician communicated with me about my service and my advisor made a needed decision to extend the life of my tires. My cars was washed, despite the rain and I was told I can come back any day of the week for a fresh wash. They did a wonderful job taking care of my vehicle!

Excellent service everytime! I ruined two tires. With no notice, they took me right away and also did my normal service that was scheduled a week later. They are top notch!

The real reviews are the 1 and 2 stars. Scheduled an appointment for a brake flush and was told the price was $169. Arrived today and was told by Gerry it was $199. I mentioned the lower price and he goes nope it’s $199. I visit service specials on the website and guess what...it’s $99. I ask him the difference. There was none. He stumbled around and says we don’t mention coupons to customers but honor them if you find them. I knew better than to go here, but my service light was on and time was of the essence.

Id been to 3 different dealerships before coming here and the service was excellent. Coming here, I almost felt like I was at a shade tree mechanic. I brought my x5 in because I was having problems with my locks. After a week without a vehicle, I was given a loaner but couldnt go over 200 miles. I finally got my suv back and had to bring it back in at a later date because the comfort access part still wasnt working. I was told that I had to pay for another diagnostic which would cost around $900. Needless to say, I refused to pay for another diagnostic and my comfort access system is still broken.Update: after talking to the manager, I took my x5 back in and the diagnostic was done at no charge. So, Im going to move this 2 star rating up to 3 🌟. Through it all, Gerald/Gerry was awesome!

Even though this is the best sellers market for used cars in decades they still try to use BS scam tactics. Claiming they just realized the car was mispriced but they would only honor it today. It’s been over two weeks and the car is still there for the same price they claimed was “incorrect”.EDIT: I contacted Brett who said he wanted to “address my concerns”. Instead he just said I should have emailed him instead of writing a review. Never apologized, never asked who I worked with to try to train his staff better. Was more interested in trying to sell me the car. His responses here are all for show.

Now we all know that car shopping can be extremely stressful. I would love to shine light on Carly Boos. She provided the most wonderful experience and has world class customer service. She had wonderful communication throughout the entire process and delivered amazing results. This experience was stress free. Carly went above and beyond to provide a loaner vehicle while our new vehicle had to be custom built so it would be a while before being delivered. She was extremely patient while trying to execute all options for this very high in demand 2021 BMW X4. Metairie location was judgmental, were not willing to help due to laziness, were refusing and delaying to refund deposit after they did not deliver results, would not return phone calls, were unwilling to issue loaner while we wait for brand new vehicle to be built and very unprofessional. We looked in Metairie, LA, Florida, Oregon, Colorado, Washington etc. and it was a blessing to think of Baton Rouge, LA where we found Carly. I highly recommend her for the best experience when purchasing a BMW. She was aggressively looking for trades from other locations in the event that she could not find what we wanted in her inventory. I left my car at Brian Harris BMW for service for 6 days and the technicians never even looked at it. After I had waited long enough and needed my car back, I had to spend $50 for an Uber so I could come pick it up. So not only did my issues not get fixed, but I was out $50 and without a car for about a week. I then had to wait for 30 minutes for them to find my car keys. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership.

I received excellent customer service! Was traveling and needed service before heading home. They got me in right away and got me back on the road quickly and efficiently.

Well I have BMW X5 and I have put my car here for engine diagnostic test and they told me first time there was problem with engine ignition coil so they have to replace it, and then they called me next day and said they have to replace air mass flow sensor and once they replaced that air mass flow sensor my car will be running again so I give them permission to do that and they called me again after 3 days and told me my main car computer is bad, then I told them not to replace that computer and i paid for my diagnosis charges and all other parts with labor. And when I reach home and open my car hood I see most of the parts are not hooked up properly,I wish I can give them -5 stars because they don’t even worth 0 star, looks like they haven’t done anything at all in my car and charge me for all test and parts and labor. They are keep changing their stories and they had to call me 3 times to change my parts if I have paid them for engine diagnostic then they should have known that which parts are bad and what they need to replace. Even I called them too many times and left voicemails and want to ask with manager but looks like they don’t care at all. All they want is money from you without repair anything in your car once you paid them they don’t care.

These guys refused to work with me on any deal. I was messaging a girl because I live 45 minutes away from them. She only wanted me to bring them my offer so they could beat it, otherwise pay sticker, which if Im going to put in work to get a better offer, Im not gonna use my time to give them a chance to get my business on an x7 that they werent going to go out of their way for us to get. If you dont want to pay msrp on an x7, go out of state to a big city, most everyone I know is. We are getting almost 9% off msrp.

I brought my M4 to Brian Harris BMW for service and maintenance and it couldnt have been better. From the automatic garage doors that let you enter the service drop-off area, out of the weather, to the spotlessly clean facility, very pleasant and helpful staff, timely text updates on progress of the work, video from the technician who serviced my car and quick check-out when I picked up the car. The work was done well, the first time and very quickly. I thought theyd have my car several days and everything was completed within a day of dropping it off. It couldnt have been easier or better.
