StorageAuctions.com makes the auction process SO easy. Due to the pandemic we switched to online auctions and we plan to only do online auctions from now on. Their site is easy to use and their staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. We get a lot more reach this way than with a live auction since we are in a smaller town.

She was a wealth of information and our company has been managing storage units for 22 years. We have made more money than we ever thought we would. I bought a unit from storage auctions. Went and paid for it. It took management of facility 2 days to remove lock. I had people i had to pay there to help me. Had to send them home. When they did get unit open, it was trash. StorageAuctions had wrong pictures up. I wasted 2 days for nothing. Had to dispute charges just to get all my money back. We need to go back to live auctions…

Sold a 10X20 storage unit that contained a large amount of items belonging to my sisters estate. Unit did not sell well. I believe the unit did not sell well and sold way under value, because it was being sold as a private seller. I think people were concerned that there was no value to items involved. Buyer found they had made a good choice as storage unit items exceeded theyre paying price in resale value, many times over. Even though I posted lots of pictures of the items in the unit people were hesitant to bid. One box of costume jewelry in the unit had 700 pieces plainly marked on box that you could see in pictures, it could have repaid buyer three times what they paid for unit. I was very disappointed in sale but it was no fault of StorageAuctions.com, bidding people were not paying attention to details of sale!

I go to a lot of in person face to face Auctions but with all the things going on around the world it’s safer for me to go with online Auctions, I do still like the on site Auctions for the excitement of it.

I have gone to auctions for many years and since I have been using this service it has really streamlined the difficult process buying storage lockers for me and my business. Now instead of showing up for an unorganized (and possibly canceled) auction and bidding against a crowd of competitors, I simply sit in front of my computer and bid on the lockers I want from many locker facilities in my area. Now I only show up for the lockers I won... couldn’t be a simpler process... I love it!

Horrible people who take money from a family when the main income is laid off because of COVIC-19 and refused providing NO SERVICE OR PRODUCT! Keeping almost $100 because someone made an account but we received absolutely nothing from them pleading for compassion to be hung up on. Heartless.

Moving is stressful and not always a pleasant experience but Amber, the manager at Appletree Storage was very helpful in getting my U-Haul truck rented. She helped me pick the correct size and explained everything very clearly to me. I can drop the truck back off after hours and that is very helpful!
