Ive lived at the lodges for a few months now and Ive enjoyed it thoroughly! The complex is very pretty and I havent had any issues with my apartment at all! Plus you can paint your room which is a big win. The clubhouse in the main building has fun activities like air hockey and buck hunter! And the requent events and giveaways make me feel appreciated as a resident! I highly recommend :)

I moved in on 8/20/21. I noticed that Ive been getting bitten so I had to contact them SEVERAL times about bugs/fleas. They didnt resolve the issues until a week after. I had to deal with all that bitten for almost a week. it was horrible.and one more thing when I moved in, I had AC window unit because the AC is broken. I had to request maintenance over and over again to fix this recurring issue.As of today (9/28/21), the AC is still not working properly. Whenever my room get hot, I have to deal with it or sleep on the couch in the living room to cool myself down.I asked them to bring AC window back in since the ac in the unit is not working and they never did.Look, you may think maintenance team cares but really they dont care!

I moved in in August and I have had the best time here! The amenities are great and the staff are so nice! Joe was helpful with helping me get my mail and when I submitted a work order it was attended to on the same day. 10/10 recommend living here!!

Definitely a nice place to live. Moving in and moving out was super easy. Units are nice and clean. Maitnance always kept up on and the management was always quick to respond to any issues I had.

I could give it a 5 actually if not for some minute details. In terms of the apartment I was living in it was fine, under the new management they sent their handymen to be actually trained to solve all issues and so work orders were responded to pretty quickly and fixed in a timely manner. Something unfortunate, however, is the noise that some people can erupt on weekends but that is unavoidable in a college town area. The issue is the Lodges not acting upon noise complaints. Roommates of mine actually called the cops for super loud parties happening with over a hundred people and they never showed up and this was multiple, separate occasions. Might be due to how many noise complaints they get. The staff is pretty nice and a good majority now know what they are doing. Mail for some reason gets switched up and incorrectly place but thats minor. Other than that the community is pretty nice for the price you get, good for students, close to everything such as college and food and other things.

Living there was all cool until move out day. I just received a 200 dollar charge to my account claiming that I need to replace a mattress. Funny thing is that I brought my own mattress how am I being charged to replace something I didn’t use. They can go ahead and remove that from my account😂

Would not recommend moving here. Upon move in, my bathroom is covered with mold and my air conditioning as well. All they going tell you is “they have 100 maintenance orders”. This is unacceptable from an apartment complex that so called said my unit room is cleaned. Also it’s run by college students, good luck trying to get in touch with a manager! Also, today current day is September 16, 2021 and they still haven’t came fix these issue and I been moved in since the August 23, 2021.

The only everyday getaway you will ever need. If you ever have a chance to live here, TAKE IT. An amazing community that cares about their residents and their experience living in a student community. 15/10 this place bussin

This place overcharged me and refuses to refund the money they owe me. When trying to solve the problem with the accounting office via email, they completely ignored the problem. When trying to call Mr. Mcmahan in the accounting office, he refuses to take the call. When asking about speaking with a manager above him, they refuse to give me any name or phone number. I have contacted the local housing authority and city housing office for further assistance in dealing with them.

I love the lodges! From personal experience of just visiting and having friends live their, the environment is phenomenal. All the workers are very friendly and living quarters are as cozy as can be! The hosted events they put on are even better. I won some AirPods about a month ago from a scavenger hunt. Samantha is one of the best workers I have seen there. Her charisma and attitude when working with guests is very professional. She makes sure to make sure you know she’s listening to you. If I had the chance I would definitely move there and would totally be more then content!!

The lodges is beautiful. Very aesthetically pleasing . Great rates for the rooms . Maintenance is always on time and helpful . I would say it’s the most peaceful apartment complex on lsu side .

My experience with the lodges has been pretty great! The location is perfect, just about near everything you need. There are plenty amenities. And staff is beyond helpful and will answer any questions or concerns one may have.

My living experience was decent however on my move out day they over charged me 4 times in utilities and then charged an $350 late fee for turning my keys in 40 min late even though the reason i was late was because i was in the front office for an hour trying to fix the overcharges that THEY messed up on. They gave me a email to reach out to to fix the error that was their fault and ive yet to get an email back. the leasing department is literally ran by college kids who dont know what they’re doing and the person in charge is for some reason never there when you have an issue do not live here they will try to mess you over

This place feels like home. The way it is structured and styled is cozy and heartfelt. The people are polite and the workers are diligent. The only reason they did not receive 5 stars is because they do not leave the basketball rims up 24/7.

I loved my time at 777! The property is absolutely stunning and all of the extra amenities add so much value. The staff is so helpful and friendly and you actually get your maintenance requests filled in a timely manner! This place absolutely felt like home :)

I have thoroughly enjoyed living hear over the last year. They are under new management, so disregard old reviews. Maintenance is fast and easy, and they are constantly doing giveaways and prizes such as chicken sandwiches.

I’ve been living here for three years now and love it!! I’ve lived in multiple of the floor plans and they’re all very spacious for my needs as a college student. My dogs especially love having their own little house so we can’t hear anyone around us compared to a typical apartment complex. Joshua in the office is always super attentive and can answer all of my questions regarding rent, roommates and events!

Been living here for school. I love it. The neighborhood is lovely for walks with a beautiful lake, featuring a tennis court and a basketball court. The rooms are wonderful with large closets. If there’s a maintenance issue, it doesn’t take long at all to fix. The workers are very attentive to their residents.

This is the worst apartment complex I have had the displeasure of living in. I moved in on a sublease and in just the 7 months I have lived here, I have had mold in my kitchen that was not taken care of for 2 MONTHS, we had water leak through our ceiling from the apartment above us, I had issues with wi-fi outages on multiple occasions, our washer and dryer stopped working and it took them almost an entire week to even come look at it, and to add to all of these issues, the management team is the most unhelpful group of people Ive had to deal with in my life. Dont live here. Period.

My roommates and I lived at the lodges during the pandemic and it was horrible. When we moved in, the place was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. Some of our rooms had many huge patches of paint on the wall. Our AC unit was so poor that mold grew on our walls and on my weekender bag as you can see below. I would not recommend living here. It is too expensive for such a poorly maintained unit.

When I signed my lease I requested to live with all girls. However, one of my roommates has fully moved her boyfriend in with us. He’s even started receiving mail at my apartment. The police have been called to my apartment twice because of him. I’ve told the office about this numerous times and sent many emails. Though they say having an extra person living with her is against the lease, they have done nothing to solve this issue. The office is very unprofessional and doesn’t handle situations well. Whenever we call the office to speak to a manager no one is ever available. I have not been able to talk with a manager in person or even over the phone to discuss this. I’m currently stuck in this lease, having to live in an apartment where I constantly feel uncomfortable.

I actually loved living here, I moved in December 2020.. it is now May 2021 and they said it’s time for me to move out and I didn’t understand why, when I filled out a renewal form, turns out they sent out emails about it in November 2020 and didn’t think to resend to me or my friend that moved in with me, so now we have to move out in July because they have already given our rooms up, and we have nowhere to stay .

I have lived at The Lodges for the past year with my two roommates. I have zero complaints so far. Maintenance is not SUPER QUICK, but also very nice and respectful. The team members at the office are always friendly and helpful. My roommates and I have already renewed for another year!

The lodges has changed my overall college experience with the many activities and free food options offered at the clubhouse. I have a great relationship with the staff and manager. They generally are the most friendly and easy to access to staff for any problems I may have while living at the residence. I have had a great experience living at the Lodges at 777 this year! I am a graduate student, and I love living in the cottages and having my own little place to focus on school work. The study rooms are so nice when I need a change of scenery from studying in my apartment too. Anytime I have had a problem with my unit, maintenance has been very punctual in coming out and fixing the problems. I love living lakeside! Sunset walks with my dog around the lake are one of my favorite parts of my day!

Been here several times to visit friends. The atmosphere and staff have been fantastic every time Ive visited. I can confidently recommend this to any of my other friends, as they have said nothing but nice things about living here.

I’ve been living at the Lodges for over a year now and I’m highly enjoying it. The community feeling is fantastic and it’s really nice to live in a place that feels more like a neighborhood than a traditional apartment building.I have had a few maintenance problems here and there, but I think the staff have been very quick to come by and rectify the issues. The staff is very polite and make the area really feel like home. I definitely really enjoy living here and I would suggest it for anyone who wants a larger outdoor space and be slightly disconnected from campus.

I do like living here. However one of their maintenance workers stole some very sentimental/expensive diamond earrings out of my jewelry box while I was gone. When I called the front office, they mentioned that this isn’t the first call they’ve received so they sent my message over to the manager. He said he trusts all of his workers lol and there’s nothing he can do. Even though there is a common denominator here. Someone keeps stealing from people and they won’t do anything about it. I now have a camera in my room because I don’t trust that my stuff will be safe while I’m gone.

Love Living at The Lodges! My little cottage is so homey and comfortable right on the lake! The manager Lane is great and so responsive. Ive loved my time here and already renewed for next year! I also love their Food Truck events!

My roommates and I have lived at the Lodges for sophomore and junior year and have had the best time. It is a safe community with a nice gate entry system. I enjoy using the fitness center and study areas in the clubhouse. I’ve made many friends living here and have enjoyed my experience!

Ive been a resident here since August and honestly love it. As a junior, Ive lived a couple of other places in BR and The Lodges are the best (Ive renewed my lease). Shout out to the new manager, Jes! I had some questions about renewing and she helped with everything.

The Lodges at 777 is the best place to live, especially for a college student. It’s so close to campus and the campus busses have a stop right in front of the property! The apartment itself is way bigger than I thought it would be considering the price, and the amenities are incredible! 10/10 would recommend :)

I’m a current tenant that stays here and the complex is changed thousand dollar late fees during a pandemic to renters that lost there job . The excuse for not waving the fees where because of fair housing act and the lease agreement. Don’t come here they don’t have compassion for renter the just want money . The late fees add up to me paying rent for two months or something close to that . Don’t come here

This apartment complex is extremely beautiful with some of the best amenities I’ve seen so far! The staff is extremely helpful and has made me feel more welcomed than ever joining this community! If you’re looking for great prices and a great experience the lodges is the way to go!

Rent is a great price, especially if you take advantage of their deals. Parking is almost never a problem (it’s usually a problem in this area) and maintenance always comes the next day. Great place to live if you’re an lsu student looking for off campus housing at an affordable price.

I moved in on August 19, 2020. I arrive at my apartment and open the door to the worst smell ever. Smelled like something had died in the apartment. I have filed probably 8 work orders on the smell and nothing has been fixed. They will put a ozone machine in there but the smell will come right back. Now its October 29, 2020 and guess what, the smell is still here and it’s still horrible. This place is poorly managed. The manager Lane does not want to help anyone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save money and go to someplace nicer and cleaner.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I have loved living at the Lodges. My apartment is so cute and its right next to so many restaurants and grocery stores. Management has helped me with any issues and maintenance time is quick!

Overall nice apartment, but when I moved in, the place wasn’t cleaned and there was a lot of damage to the walls/doors. When I had problems with my downstairs neighbors, management help to fix it. I’d recommend living here because it’s a nicer place than most college apartments.

Make sure if you request a room mate that you guys do your lease together at the same time. Also follow up with the office after to confirm. They do not guarantee 100% that you will be with your requested room mate. The best bet is to stay on top of this from day one and get it secured on your lease. The office staff has been nice and as helpful as possible considering the situation. Sometimes it is difficult to get through to the office but when you do they are more then willing to help. We are looking forward to move in tomorrow and appreciate all the help from management!

Team member here who goes by “Lane” was extremely insensitive and uncompromising when I asked if it was possible for the complex to send out a text alert about my missing cat. I told him this alert could bring my baby home. He told me no, that alerts like these make people unsubscribe from the text messaging service. It mattered more to him that ppl stayed subscribed than to find my baby. He then continued to repeatedly tell me I should be more polite if I wanted help. He could barely hold eye contact with me. The Lodges does. not. care. about their community. It was my 3rd time in the leasing office asking for help. This place also has roaches.

10/10 housing. Fully recommend living in the lodges! Great times!

There are many benefits and additions to living here, like the gym and pool; along with being super close to LSU campus. Samantha was super helpful and very easy to talk to, whether it was over the phone or in person. I look forward to living here within the next few years or so!

Amazing service, the staff really cares about you and holds different events each month for you to get to know the community and your neighbors. The whole community has a very “home-y” feel to it and living here has been great!
