Mr. Pack showed up within 30 minutes of me calling. It doesn’t get any better than that! High quality work, and great customer service. Mr. Pack also took the time to explain things to me. I ended up signing up for their semi-annual maintenance plan. The next day, Ron came out to do a thorough cleaning of my unit. Very professional staff. Great company!

I have used Pack HVAC Services for years now. They installed a new unit for me a few years ago and did not break the bank. They have done such a great job and have been so reliable that I never thought of using any other company. I have never had to wait on a repair. Whenever any issues arise, I feel comfortable sending a message and Pack HVAC is there no later then the next day. My unit stopped blowing cool late one evening and the owner came out that same night so I can sleep comfortably. This type of service is unheard of today. The really impressive part was when I had the new unit installed, they added an extended warranty from the manufacturer which has literally saved me thousands over the past 9 years. Our A/C went out right before the flood of 2016. Mardrel came out gave me 3 quotes on different systems and all the qualities of each one. I chose the system I wanted, and it was installed within 3 days. I had an issue with the heater the very first winter, I called him and he came out to check the unit, it was something in my breaker box and he helped me get it fixed. The fan motor went out just the other day, he came out immediately, pulled it and got the part the next day and made sure we were up and running again. I am now on the maintenance plan to catch things before they happen. He is very professional, hardworking and takes pride in his work. I would recommend him to ANYONE that asks.

I called To get a quote. I spoke to Mardrel Pack.At first I didt realize I was talking to the owner. In fact I didt realize he was the owner until he got to my house. He was at my house at the scheduled time.My appointment was on a Saturday and he had a stop to make after servicing my unit. He explained everything he was doing with the units. He also explained all the details in ways I understood. Trust me I ask a lot of questions. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was a hassle. He did a thorough job. He checked everything and also stated what was best to do. He didt pressure to sell me any products. And he also didt try and screw me over by saying my unit needed Freon. I watched as he put the gauges on my outside unit and checked the Freon levels. I know how to read the gauges to tell if I needed any or not. Freon wasn’t at a 100% but it wasn’t bad enough to need any. I knew it didt need any and I waited to see what he said. Unlike so many others I’ve dealt with in the past, he stated it’s not a 100% full but it’s totally fine. The dude is one thousand percent reliable. As long as HVAC is around. I know I’m not using any other AC COMPANY.
