I am appalled at the lack of concern and completely lackadaisical attitude I have received here. I had the unfortunate problem of having a load come up missing. After paying 15 a load and more after machines eating quarters, I was surprised at the workers lack of concern and hoped I was paying more for the service they provide. After spending 2 weeks of phone calls and personal visits and being told in no uncertain terms that our items were not there.. we found our things in the dumpster. Another 2 weeks of calls to the owner trying to get a response was met with silence and then animosity.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Filing small claims to rectify the unfortunate situation.

Clean but VERY expensive as laundromats go. Theres also no bathroom available as of now, which is disappointing considering a person can spend a couple hours doing laundry depending on how much they have to do. The sign on the door says its due to vandalism and covid. Im pretty sure its an old sign though. Its unfortunate that its so close to so many seasonal residents that dont really have other options that are as close. It could be 5 stars if it wasnt so expensive and had a usable bathroom.

The staff is great! Seems to get the job done efficiently. If theres ever an issue Ive always had it resolved quickly by the staff. Theres a notebook at the desk to write down your comments and leave a number if need be. If staff is working they are super helpful, dont be afraid to ask for whatever you need!

The building is conveniently located and is equipped with plenty of broken and smelly machines. I’d suggest taking your laundry elsewhere.

This place has improved from a zero star establishment. Deceptive small washers advertise $5 per wash load. In reality certain features like hot water and extra extraction require additional quarters ($.25). No explanation posted. Be forewarned. On the other side, the machines are all generally in good shape. The units used to smell so badly of mold, I have left without doing laundry. (Summer vacation rentals dont always have a washer and dryer). This is why I am giving four 🌟 s.Clean but expensive if you use extra features.

This place here...smh...the owner is really nice (not) a note book to which you blog your name, number and machine problem and for what? No action taken.Machines are old and worn out.The place smells of dirty bare feet and urine.

Check to make sure washers are clean, soap holders on the washers tend to be super dirty, sometimes even moldy.

Before going, I read some of the reviews. I dont go to a laundromat on a regular basis, but my washer is out of commission. Based on the reviews I was a little worried Id spend a fortune. And it certainly seemed like I could have. There are large front loaders for $8.50. Smaller ones for $5. For less $ they have top loaders as well. (I never trust those.).Its been my experience in the past (not in this area) I could do two large front loaders and some drying for approximately $14. Not here. They definitely nickel and dime you. Pricing increases with the type of wash you decide on.I opted to just do one small load of the essentials. Cold water. Fortunately my dryer still works so I didnt have to spend money on that. The dryers today were busy enough where I would have had to wait for a free one.Coin machine worked. Tables were clean. Waiting area was clean. They had an assortment of detergent in the vending area in the back (I had my own). I think they were $1.25.Id go back if I had to...P.s. check the washer. The high speed spin will leave items stuck to the top. Someone before me left a sock behind :(

This is a very clean laundromat that is open 24 hours/7 days a week. The laundromat is manned during the day. Unfortunately due to others in the past who have disrespectfully used the bathroom facilities for purposes other than what they are designated for, the staff no longer keep the bathrooms unlocked during the hours that the facility is not staffed.

Okay, it isnt as though there is any competition, but what is the idea of $8.50 for a wash load? And thats just the wash, not the dryer. Sure, these are pretty fancy washing machines and I guess they are pretty efficient, but three loads for $25.50 plus drying? And I need to point out that one of the wash loads was a very small (using a small machine) delicate load that only needed about 15 minutes to run. I think the most efficient thing about these fancy laundromats is their efficiency in extracting a lot of dollars from the customers.Maybe I am spoiled because I generally do laundry at home. It has been a year since I last used a laundromat, but have things really changed that much in a year?

There was no one staffing the establishment, save for the bunny. That I put on the empty chair. The ring for service bell doesnt exist, yet note the request for tips. The closest thing to assistance offered was a beat up spiral bound notebook instructing one to leave name and number. This doesnt help me when a machine eats nearly ten dollars in quarters, then refusing to start. Might not sound like much, but I aint in a laundromat because Im rich.
