The receptionist is rude. I had been their neighbor and customer for 14 years. I ordered oil and when she realized I had not ordered from them in a year she pushed my delivery date back further and said the earlier dates were for more regular customers. Good luck with that attitude.

The receptionist jenni was a horrrible person! Her attitude was unexceptable and I cant believe the owner of this place would ever employ such an awful person!

We’ve been a Kaler Oil customer for ?? decades maybe. Always on top of things. Always makes it right if there’s a problem. Comes out in the worst weather. I have zero complaints.
