Not rights to charge companies for macro point,  all this against the law of freedom. Let us take your cell number and track where are you going and what you do. To track a truck its fine, but not individual person!That charged  $100, its will be our donation for your cheap company

Broker needed a truck asap, they call us asking us to pick up a load asap and deliver straight thru from GA to OH, we accepted the load, we told them that drivers phone not tracking it is older phone and not compatable with tracking apps, we were told that there will be NO charges because of tracking as long as we give them updates every few hours, a lot of other brokers keep their promisses !!! we gave them updates, delivered the load on time and we GOT CHARGED A 100$ FINE FOR NOT TRACKING. how is that ok??? i asked to speak to a manager and i was ignored

Wrongly charged us $100 for not accepting tracking. Throughout the load, no one ever called us to tell us that our driver wasnt tracking on their tracking. However, my driver claims he never got a link to accept tracking. Ken DeBlassie, very unprofessionally, first tried to tell me that it is the carriers dispatchers responsibility to make sure the driver accepted tracking.. there is no way for us to know if our driver is tracking in their system or not. Then he said that there is a special carrier link tracking we had to download and accept, which he claims is on the rate con. Ive emailed him numerous times now asking where it says that on the rate con (its not there) and he fails to respond. Uncooperative and extremely shady/unprofessional!!!

They help me out with detention for a load so they are a good company to work with thanks!
