I had an outstanding experience at the Batavia AT&T store. I didnt have to wait. Danny helped me with my phone and did a very good job. Jeff took over and finished helping me. He fixed all the problems with my phone and, set up my apps . He answered all my questions and was able to upgrade my plan. I was very pleased. Thank you Danny and Jeff.

Its only an authorized retailer so they dont have any of the offers real AT&T stores have. They have some of their own offers but theyre only similar or worse to normal stores.

Customer service I got that was excellent

Paul went way beyond what is expected, he was able to resolve an issue that had multiple unusual technical glitches, a situation that for me was not only frustrating but inconvenient. This took two days to sort out and through it all Paul kept his sense of humor and professionalism. A true asset to ATT.

Had great service from this location. The rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought 2 phones and also got set up with DirecTV! I do recommend and will definitely come back in the future.

Terrible customer service. Went in for a simple request of a new SIM card for an iPhone and it took over 30 minutes. The first person was fine but was new and was unable to help us. After waiting 10 min for the manager to get off the phone, instead of being greeted with hello or sorry you had to wait he disrespectfully asked what are you going to do with this- referring to my moms iPhone because it was an old model. He continued to belittle her by laughing when he saw that she used a flip phone prior to this upgrade. She is 70 years old and was excited to try her first smart phone. We were both so insulted by his rude and snarky attitude. We do not need his option about what phone we use. We just needed his assistance to set it up. He should be ashamed by his actions as a manager! I really hope the new employee is trained by someone else! I will NEVER go back into that store!

Mitchell at the AT&t store Batavia was highly-skilled, fixing our AT&t phone service and cleaning up our Motorola Z-Force 2 handheld phones.

Looking into a new phone and additional service, these employees are friendly and know their phones.

Another review says this location is not a true at&t store. Its better than a corporate-owned store, in fact. It is a locally owned and operated authorized retailer - keep your money in your community! They are generally well stocked on all the most popular devices, but if you are looking for a more niche handset, they can order direct from at&ts warehouse and it quickly ships direct to your home - that is a huge plus!They really do provide top notch service. Knowledgeable staff, great products, amazing pricing. The product offering is robust: wireless, DirecTV, home security, home phone, portable internet, tablets, and more.

Ive been an AT&T customer for at least 10 years the people are great there always there to help they treat you like a good friend I like to feel comfortable when I shop if I have a problem or question I walk out a very satisfied customer

Not a true at&t store. Selection is not all of offered phones and they may need to order the equipment you want. It is easier to work online.

Very disappointed! False information was given to us before signing a contract. Two cell phones and unlimited internet with a landline. Was told the landline was “free” it’s costing us $30.00 a month extra. Was told we would get free HBO with direct tv account.. also false I have been paying $20.00/ month and they won’t reimburse us. Was told we would get a discount on our direct TV bill of $25.00...No such thing for business accounts. I’m paying 75.00 / month more then the liars at the Batavia, NY store said I would. Waited on hold for 4 hrs with A T&T to get no where. Scammers.
