It was FABULOUS to work with Steve! He handled ALL of our wedding details for my daughters wedding- save the date, invitations, etc. He helped when we needed to make Change of Plans cards (due to Covid) and was quick and efficient with the numerous changes we had to make due to venue changes. I would highly recommend going to this shop!I was originally not expecting much from the invitation aspect of wedding planning. So as you can imagine I was caught off guard by how much I absolutely LOVE my wedding invitations!! The invitation process has actually been my favorite part of the wedding planning this far! I did not think getting my invitations done in a shop with one on one service would be something that could stay in my price range, but Steve was more than willing to work with my budget. He was completely honest and straightforward about pricing throughout the whole process. Which by the way, was so much fun! It was such an enjoyable experience going through the whole creative process with Steve and coming out with something unique to me and so beautiful. I am so happy I stumbled across this hidden gem. Steve puts 100 percent into his work and it shows. We had visit other places and we got turn away, and some places were priced very high.What I am about to write, know that our experience with Steve has been a perfect and an amazing start from the day I walked into his store. He never made me walk away even when it was by appointment only. Steve welcome me and my soon to be beautiful wife.He answered all our questions on day one ( I walked in). He even showed us some examples of invitations that we liked.We set a date to go over more details of what we were looking for. I will just echo what everyone else said, if youre anywhere near Batavia and need invitations done, look no further.We had 2 sets of invitations, save the dates, programs, and place cards for our wedding all taken care of by Steve. My biggest take away was how it was always just conversational. There was no big sales pitch, no up-sell, he just went through everything with us and discovered what we wanted and what we liked then crafted proofs from there. There was a small design my wife liked that Steve carried through to all of the items we received to tie it all together.If you have an event coming up, dont hesitate to call Steve and set up an appointment. Invitations and all things paper related can be very daunting and tedious, however Steve made it such a smooth and easy process! This is hands down the place to go for all of your printing needs. Between the quality of work, attention to detail and the price point, Invitations, Etc delivers. Working with Steve on our save the date magnets was seamless. If only other aspects of wedding planning could be so effortless! What sold me initially when choosing Invitations, Etc over an online DIY website was the possibility of raised print. I do not know of any local companies still providing this type of style on paper, as it is an old process. We are looking forward to our invites, “thank yous” and future cards, etc.

Not only is he excellent at his job, but he cares about the quality of his product and that his customers leave happy. He printed the invitations for both my bridal shower and wedding in a very timely manner. He worked within our budget and specific requests (the wording for having both a destination and at-home reception), and helped us find a wedding invitation that matched our theme perfectly. We had a wonderful experience with Steve. I was afraid it was going to be a long drawn out process. It was the exact opposite. When we arrived for the appointment, Steve asked a few simple questions and then pulled out the appropriate sample books to look at. We had the whole process completed in no time at all. The delivery of the goods went just as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Steve and Michelle are great! We did our invitations and tuxes through them. Invitations were BEAUTIFUL. Steve was very patient with our back and forth during the proofing process and offered to print mailing addresses in store at a reasonable rate (definitely worth it). The tuxedos even came in a whole week before the wedding - added bonus! We definitely recommended them to anyone looking for paper or tuxedo services.

We decided to go traditional for our daughters special bday with mail invites - no evites for this special party. Luckily we found Invitations Etc. We set an appointment and when we arrived Steve, our rep, was prepared and helpful. He let our daughter go through all options until she found the invitation that she wanted. So easy, but the real beauty of this place is handling customers like us, with changes to our order - more than once. Never did we feel it was a problem. It was world class customer service. My daughter was so happy about the beautiful invitations she was able to mail - it is all a dad asks for.

I have worked with Steve at Invitations Etc. since 1992 for invitations. The most recent time was in April 2012 for wedding invitations. After giving Steve a brief description of what we were looking for he helped us find the perfect invitation. He was very helpful with answering all my questions and explained when to send them out and was very helpful with the wording. Me and my husband also rented the wedding tuxes from him thru Jims Formal wear, and they guys all looked outstanding, simply breath taking!! Steve explained everything we needed to know about the tuxes and helped us with all our wants and needs for our out of town groomsmen. They treated us like we were friends yet in a very professional way making our experience with them very memorable. I highly recommend anyone looking for any type of invitation or a tux for any occasion to go to them!!

Steve was the absolute BEST vendor we worked with in our wedding planning process. I was recommended to use him by a friend and I have been recommending him to everyone since. He can make your invitations/programs/seating cards, etc. any way you want. I made a mistake on our program (left a name off) and he was quick to fix and reprint one day before the wedding! I decided to do a quick and simple wedding....I got engaged in June and decided to do a Aug wedding not really thinking about all the details of planning a wedding. When it came time to order the invitations I freaked out cause I wanted to make sure I gave enough time to my guests to RSVP and wasnt sure if I could make the deadline. Invitations Inc not only got my invitations to me with time to spare but they were thorough, friendly and very professional. I picked out my invitations on a Monday and picked them up on Wednesday. I am so grateful and LOVED the service. Five stars is not enough!!

I can not express how wonderful it was to work with Steve at Invitations, Etc. He made the process so easy and stress free, which is what every bride is looking for! I had purchased some invitations on clearance that I fell in love with some time ago, but when we opened them all the colors varied from box to box but Steve was able to make it work! After he printed them, he has them all sorted for me by varying color shade. If I would have done it myself it would have been a mess. Also, he printed a few extra invitations for me for a couple of guests that I had forgotten and not only did he have them ready within an hour, he didnt even charge me for them. Customer service like this is very rare this day in age!
