Absolutely the worst customer service. Continuous lie after life after lie. Our townhomes switched carriers and they forgot to pick up our recycling bin. It has been over a month of them telling us that they are going to pick up our bin and still have not done so.

Worst service and management I have experienced with trash removal. Signing a contract doesnt mean anything to them. They will just change the terms after a few months to try and squeeze a few extra dollars out of you. The sales people and mangement dont possess the courage or courtesy to call you back. Such a waste of an opportunity to operate a legitimate company. Back to Republic Services!

We went with them because they had the best prices, but what a huge mistake. Its been hours upon hours with them on the phone to try and get billing issues sorted out to no avail. The price savings is nowhere near worth the hassle. Had many times our garbage never gets picked up.

Terrible customer service when garbage pick up was missed. They strung me along all week claiming it would get picked up. Come Friday they tried to blame it on me and still never picked it up!! Very frustrating!

If you love a job where you are very very micromanage then this is the place for him and if you love fighting for a spot like a pack of sardines then this is the place for you
