Kyle and Blue Peak Tents turned out to be exactly what I was looking for when planning my sisters wedding! She had a very specific atmosphere, style, and feeling she wanted her wedding day to embody and Blue Peak delivered! They were easy to communicate with, clear about their terms and services, and had the wedding not been postponed due to 2020 things I assure you they would have delivered the sailcloth tent, cafe lighting, and professionalism displayed leading up to the big day! Even when canceling the wedding, Kyle was prompt, compassionate, and a delight to work with! I highly recommend Blue Peak for your tent or other rental needs for showers, parties, events, and of course, weddings!

Blue Peak Tents is an AMAZING company! We heard the quality of customer service and tents were great through a family friend that rented from them and they definitely delivered on both aspects for our wedding last month! Their sailcloth tent and wood flooring were as beautiful in person as they are in their pictures! They definitely executed our vision for our wedding! We used Blue Peak Tent Company for our outdoor wedding reception last month and are very happy we decided to go with them! It was definitely worth the extra money as the customer service was great! Even with one small miscommunication in the wedding planning process, Blue Peak went above and beyond to make sure their was a correction and good resolution. We were happy with not only the beautiful look of our tent but the quality of the tent fabric and chairs. They were very accommodating to last minute change of plans in placement of our tent due poor conditions of the site from weather and made sure we were comfortable with the changes.

We shopped several businesses to find a wedding tent for our sons backyard wedding. Blue Peak was a little higher price but substantially higher in quality of product and service as compared to others we talked to. We had an internal fence limiting our set-up, we thought, but through their creativity we spanned the fence and had a banquet on one side and a dance floor and DJ on the other. No one else could do this and keep the overall party under one 30x75 tent. The set-up was pure genius! Extremely competent and efficient crews. Everything perfect; everything on-time. Well worth it. If youre going to do it, do it right with Blue Peak!

Ive been in the event planning industry for 16 years and I would have to say that Dave was one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. From start to finish, he was so knowledgeable and accommodating. In my opinion, he went above and beyond by answering multiple, even duplicate emails and phone calls. Dave was very responsive to our needs and changes even the day of the event. Top notch customer service and beautiful tent. I would recommend this Tent Rental vendor to anyone looking for top notch customer service and communication.What a pleasure it was to work with Dave and his team.

David the owner called me personally to ensure that my concerns were addressed and that I was happy with their company and what they could offer me. The fact that he took the time to call me really shows how much they care about the people they are serving! I didnt end up being able to use what I originally contacted them for, but they bent over backwards to ensure that they tried and I was happy in the end.

I had the opportunity to work with Blue Peak Tents for my sons wedding this June 2016. They are professional and always return phone calls promptly, but best of all, they listen carefully to you. Their prices were unmatched compared to others having the tent I wanted (Clear Top) and their set-up/take down crew were respectful of my flower beds, when having to anchor the tent. I highly recommend them! Dont use those other party rental companies(CPR), they will nickel and dime you, and email you to death! I forgot to mention that the tent looked new and was very clean and white, and the chairs were in great condition. I just wish I had another big event to host so I could rent that clear top tent again.

Used them for our backyard wedding. Great customer service, even came out to our yard months ahead to see what size tents we could fit. Setup and take down teams were quick, flexible, and very friendly. Very nice chairs and tents. A few table were a little worn, but we covered them with table cloths so nobody noticed, and didnt affect anything. One of the speakers we rented didnt work, but they returned my call at 8pm, and refunded the whole cost, even though the other speaker worked fine and was more than loud enough for our event. Great price and would defiantly use them again.

I used Blue Peak Tents for a backyard BBQ on July 16, 2016 and was blown away by their service. From the moment I talked with Dave and Desiree I knew I was in good hands. If you have ever rented outdoor equipment before you will understand what I am talking about when I say they are not laborers running a business but instead business owners who are running a labor business. Customer service is clearly a priority as they made me feel comfortable with my order and any add-ons that came their way over the course of a few months. Set-up and take-down crews were very courteous and knowledgeable along with the products being clean and sturdy. They may be a few dollars more than the competition but believe me when I say you get what you pay for. I almost forgot...they actually return phone calls and emails in a timely manor unlike everyone else I contacted. (Highly Recommended)

Made a reservation for grad party end of May for end of June. Needed to move party to different location do to changes in environment where the tent was going. Cancelled in 2 weeks before party 14 days ahead and they would not give me back 150 deposit nor did they tell me I would not get the deposit back at the Time of cancellation. I found out when the credit did not appear on my statement 2 months later. Come to think of it I was not told that policy at the time of resevation either. Very poor customer service would not recommend.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I called and when they picked up the phone, all I got was Hello? Not, Hi Blue Peak Tents etc. So I had to confirm who I was speaking with. Then, when I asked about a light installation for an event we were having near Sheboygan (where, on the website, BPT say they have a rental location) I was told that it would be so far away from their actual location in West Chicago that they require a minimum of $10,000 for that. Its 2 1/2 hours from Chicago, and we were literally stringing cafe lights across the inside of a tent frame - $10,000?? When I spoke with three other rental organizations, they all concluded just as I had suspected - this company simply did not want to handle our event. Apparently they are in a position to turn business away! So save yourself some time and just go elsewhere.

I just got married over the weekend, and Blue Peak delivered and setup our tent. EVERYTHING about it was gorgeous. We loved the beautiful white tent (that comfortably fit 200 people), the pretty cafe lighting and the fun chinese lanterns. Not only was the set-up crew helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, working with David setting up what we needed was a very easy and enjoyable process. We had been working with a different rental compay and after one phonecall with David, we canceled our order and re-ordered with Blue Peak. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for making our day even more beautiful!
