Not impressed at all. It seemed like the woman I spoke to was just trying to find a reason to NOT repair my washing machine. First off she said they did not repair GE brand. Then she proceeded to take my information to give to the repair team. Then when I said the town I lived in she said oh that’s another problem. I live 25 miles away!!! What gives lady? Well you lost a repair job.

I recently purchased two much needed appliances. I hadMajor issues with one of them within a week. One of their service repair men (thank you) came out and fixed the manufacturers issue the same day I called. Not only do I like American made ..... I like American customer service. Still working Good. 👍 Thanks Bens Appliance and staff.

We recently had our kitchen re-done by Bens and are extremely pleased with the results. They have a beautiful selection of countertops and cupboards in a clean and organized show room. Vic helped us with every detail and we highly recommend their service for remodeling.

I cannot say enough to show how pleased I am with Bens. After over a month of trying with Best Buy, Lowes, and Home Depot with absolutely no help at all, Bens was able to deliver and install my gas dryer and convert to liquid propane for me within 4 days of me calling! Even my propane company wouldnt come out to do the liquid propane conversion due to Covid, but Bens understand that life goes on and people need dryers. The workers did an amazing job and I will now always go here for my appliances over the big name stores. Thank you so much for such wonderful service and helping me when no one else would!

I went there on 2-1 talked with the gentleman behind the counter. Purchased a upright freezer from them. People are very nice there. They delivered the freezer on 2-3 which made it very convenient. Delivery guys were very nice. They dollied the freezer to the spot where I wanted it. And got it up and running. Thank you Bens.

Moved to area and needed appliances for our new house. We went to Bens and selection was good and salesman was helpful. That was the last of anything good that happened with Bens. The delivered refrigerator had a crack in liner by door and piece of plastic missing. Bens would not warranty because it was cosmetic. So a brand new refrigerator is supposed to have cracks? Washer and dryer put in basement in middle of floor never hooked up or leveled delivery guys just left it there and took off never said they were leaving. After we connected the washer and dryer we put the wet clothes in dryer they were all soot covered when we took them out of dryer. We called Bens and it took over a week for the tech to come out and said it was a mixture adjustment and apologized for the poor installation service . The next load of clothes in dryer all covered in soot again. I called Bens and was told nothing is wrong. A friend came over and looked at dryer and found dryer was never switched to propane as we had ordered and paid for. I called Bens and nothing but a hard time they wanted me to pay for a service call to fix their mistake.

I have called Bens for service a few times. Each time Butch has suggested I try something before they send out a service tech. The last time was on our refrigerator that was freezing all of our produce in the drawers. Butch asked when the last time we vacuumed out under the cover on the front of the refrigerator. Who knew that was a thing. Did as he instructed and now it works like a charm. Thanks, not sure how much money that saved me verse a service call.

Called to see if they had any French door refrigerators and before I could finish asking my question, the guy rudely cut me off and said no. That was uncalled for and poor customer service!!!

Welcoming atmosphere, highly knowledgeable staff who provided a thorough education of appliance, but no sales pressure. We bought the washer we had hoped to, and took delivery of it the next day! Vic at Bens is to be commended, for having old-school professionalism and courtesy. We will recommend Bens to anyone looking to buy new appliances!

Bought a washer and dryer set from here. It lasted for 10 years with no problems. When back and bought a refrigerator and received a motor warranty for 10 years! Thanks guys!

I broke the locking mechanism on my Amana washer. Went to home depot because thats where I bought it from. Sent a defective part. Should have went to Bens from the start . Great people. Had the part the next day.

Our dryer needed to be fixed and after calling several places, decided to use Bens Appliance because of their reviews and they could send a technician the next day, versus a couple of weeks for the others. The technician was very reliable, knowledgeable and honest about the repair and costs and had it fixed in no time. Added bonus: he gave me the senior citizen discount, which I wasnt even aware of. Will not hesitate to use them again!

Appliance store, decent variety and some good sales and prices from time to time. Has a parts department and they do service calls. Not the cheapest game in town but local and convenient in a pinch.

We had the service technician come to our house i worked till 5am my wife took the day off to meet them the older gentleman was so rude to my wife .He was raising his voice to her treating her like some idiot. Thats when i got up with only a couple of hours of sleep this guy is so lucky he didnt get knocked out you dont treat anyone like this man or woman Bens will never get our business again.

Much better than a big box store. The only thing they sell is appliances. Mary and Butch are very knowledgable and are focoused on customer service. Unlike Home Depo.

Small family owned business. Yes not the cheapest in town but they also will not sell junk. If your thinking of owning your appliance for a while Bens has what you need. That also goes for parts and service.You can buy at your local box store but they will not have parts or service. They are basically throw away items then.

Horrible cutomer service. Was told repair man would be at my house between 12-2 and they would call me when they are on the way. I called them at 145 because I hadn’t heard from them. Guy tells me I called the previous day and cancelled my appointment. I explained that I never called. He says he will check with the repair man and get right back to me. 50 minutes later still no call back. I called them and spoke to someone else who told me I had called the previous day and cancelled my appointment. I again explained that I did no such thing and that I had taken the day off of work and was waiting for them. The lady told me there was nothing they could do for me and the earliest they could get there was Friday. I said so you guys mess up and your answer is to accuse the customer and then not take care of them at all. I already took one day off for nothing I am not taking another. Its sad because I like to support local businesses, but when this stuff happens it makes it hard. So needless to say I would not recommend them at all and I will never purchase anything from them or use them for service ever again.

Bought an open box item there. A washer I had been trying to find for months and I ended up saving 500.00 off the retail price!! Another thing to mention is that the staff there is friendly.
