State Automatic just put in a new furnace and humidifier in my single family home. I really liked how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was and they seemed to actually care about the work they did and it shows. The installation was very clean from all the electrical and plumbing routing, etc. System works great and is very quiet, its a Carrier 96% 2 stage. I got a better system then other quotes I had.

Ive used State Automatic for many years for yearly maintenance on my furnaces and air conditioners. They schedule appointments quickly, arrive on-time, and have friendly and helpful service people. When I had a problem with my furnace, they came out immediately to ensure the heat came back on right away. We were finishing our basement and contracted with State Automatic to redo our heating/cooling system. The did a great job, did it timely and professionally. One thing I would also add is that they came up with a couple changes that actually improved the air flow and head room height in the basement. Nice.

Great service and affordable! They installed our furnace, humidifier, radiant floor boiler and never had any issues in eleven years! We didnt have to wait weeks to get an appointment and they should up on time! Would highly recommend.

A technician--I think it was Bob--came out at 8:30 and had the problem diagnosed in 15 minutes. We needed a new AC system, and, since the furnace was on its last legs, we decided to replace it, as well. Plus, the humidifier. They made it simple and easy and gave us a good deal. Not only that, they had a team of three guys here a day later and got the whole job done in about six hours. They were friendly and efficient and kept the place clean. Great job from a great team. Gary, Tim and the entire team from State Automatic are phenomenal to work with and have extensive knowledge of HVAC Systems of all facets. I am the property manager of two senior apartment buildings on the north side of Chicago and the two properties have two very different units. One of my properties has a VRF system that has had extensive problems due to the initial installation and they have been the only company that has been able to make the repairs and to keep it up and running for the residents. They are beyond professional, theyre transparent with their repair estimates and with providing an honest scope of work. They try and get you the best deal possible and work within your budget. I would love to keep them as my secret weapon and not tell anyone about them but I feel that deserve the utmost recognition for the outstanding work that they provide.
