Thomas and his crew were a lifesaver. We are from Lafayette and broke down in Bastrop. Within minutes he had a tow truck there and by the next day we were on the road and home again. Great price also. Good work guys

Thomas agreed to do body work and paint my car in a little over 30 days . At 60 days, he told me he would do it next week with three people. At 90 days I came after the car. I do not know if he would have done quality work on my car, since he never did any for me. He wasted 90 days of my time! The prior shop (Ians Body Shop) had it for more than 30 days and also did nothing. So, four months and still no paint done. When I arrived at the NAPA shop the first day, he showed me what look like professional paint jobs in photos and autos in his shop. I was impressed. Suggestion: Bastrop, get everything in writing at all our local shops. The agreement should have a set completion date and penalties if the date is not met. (Exa: 5% discount if later than 7 days). Dont sign an open ended (No completion date) agreement!
