Great service and quick response

My son was in a wreck and the State Trooper called these people. They didnt take anything except cash and they refused to tow the vehicle to Monroe. They said we would have to wait until Monday for that and the wreck was at 3 pm on Friday. They wanted to charge us their $24 a day impound fee. When I found that out then I insisted that they tow it to an auto body shop in Bastrop. They didnt want to do that either. These people are crooked corrupt folks. Dont do business with them. Call a real towing company. Tow companies are supposed to tow your car to where you want it towed. Not to their impound lot.

Ad says 24 hour service, but when your daughter and family are stranded, they dont have any drivers.
