I highly recommend PuroClean of Bartlett. I contacted them very late at night and Victor was at my house to evaluate within 15 minutes…. He then called in his crew….They calmed me down, were thorough in their explanations and very reassuring. They are comingback today to evaluate, monitor and give suggestions.My husband and I feel very good in their hands.

We had a deep frozen quit on us full of steak and chicken and was out of our hands as far as cleaning and disposal. The PureClean team worked with me with scheduling and execution, came to clean it up and get rid of the freezer and kept in communication even when I was out of town. No longer have to worry about it and am grateful they moved so quickly! Highly recommend!

We had a sewage back up come pouring out of our floor drain which left our basement floor with water main debris/sludge and a horrible odor. My husband just got back from the hospital from a car accident that has left him with injuries and pneumonia. A few years ago our then new air conditioner was unfortunately installed in a way that left our basement riddled with mold and water damage all in our floors and wall so I didnt want to take any chances this time, especially with pneumonia and a weak immune system.Mike was the technician that came out, tested the water damage and mold content, cleaned out our entire infected area, and sprayed an eco friendly product that he told me would protect from mold, sterilize any other underlining potential airborne issues and help minimize the odor. With industrial fans and dehumidifier he was very thorough in his explanation of the steps he took and just letting me explain my situation which I greatly appreciated since my husband and I have had an intense unexpected worrisome week.Great service, friendly technician with knowledge, empathy and quick response time.

This company is amazing. I would hands down recommend them for anyone that is in need. I called in the evening & there was a technician at my house the following morning to assess the water damage. The tech took the time to explain everything & make sure they resolved my issues as efficiently & cost effective as possible. I truly felt the family vibe from this company. Clean up took a week & we went from being told we needed to gut our basement to only having to have everything dried out. I will use this company any time I need them!!
