New customer here. So far i am very pleased with cooks pest control . Ken came out and gave me all the info i needed and inspected my property. The price was on point (better than most) i opted for them to do pest control and set up a time for a technician to come set up. Fast forwars My tech (joe) called prior to the appt window and told meto expect him around 11. He arrived right at 11 .he was punctual, professional, informative and efficient and a people person . . I would recommend . Will update in a few weeks . . Thanks !..Update . for rodent control I havent had the best of luck .. weeks went by with nothing caught.. my tech was great and came out a few times to check and reset . Finally we caught 1 . A small one . I still hear noise coming from my attic on and off .. I will still give this more time . However I am a little bothered that I hadnt been contacted in a month for someone to come check traps etc. Well I finally got a call from cooks that my acct was past due. Which was confusing. It was for the initial setup which I was told would be ran when I signed up.. not a few months later. I went ahead and paid it so my account was in good standing but am trying to verify w bank if I didnt get double charged . Anyways thats another story and really doesnt change my review.. found out my guy joe isnt on my route anymore ..But i question if or how long some of if works..cooks wiped and sprinkled stuff for spiders and wasp etc and today I noticed a few wasp swarming and going inside my attic, also saw a brown recluse as well .. as well as my yard is fkd up with moles now.. i call to see what the deal is bc its been over a month since they checked traps or contacted me, receptionist just said yah someone should come this month... maybe i was misinforned or lied to but i thought someone would be taking care of pest like i payed for .. irritated right now... i feel like they got the money and just forgot about me and even calling them didnt do a damn thing!8

I was using Cook’s services for nearly 2 years. I had nothing but good words for them but not as of lately. Before, I was living in the U of M area. I recently moved to North Memphis and requested to renew my services. I signed the contract online and provided a payment method and it’s been two weeks and NO ONE has contacted me. They just ghosted me after I’ve been a customer this long! I keep calling and the desk worker just says she’s going to page the manager. Yeah, ok.

Cooks product work. I have no issues with any pest since I started letting them treat my home. The price is good. My technician is wonderful. He know I work during their hours. So in order to treat the inside of my home he comes before I leave for work. How awesome is that.😎

I like them better than Terminix... I like that they revisited and checked my traps and even installed some that went missing since they were last here. I like that the guy that came was so nice and professional. I liked that I didnt have any indication of termites also.

We were having a terrible ant problem in the kitchen. Even though there was nothing for them to eat they persisted. It would take a week to get rid of them and then they would return when the weather was rainy.Cook’s to the rescue! Not only are the ants gone but spiders as well. Very caring and professional staff.

Rude technicians, changes in prices. I got out of my contract after one year. The first technician I had, actually told me that it was not his job to check the attic, unless I heard noises. So, the responsibility of looking fell on me. I specifically said, NO GLUE TRAPS, and they installed glue traps. Another technician said I was wasting his time asking him to check the attic. Terrible customer service. The sales agent that sold me the plan, never would even return a single phone call. Would NEVER reccomend this company to anyone.

Weve been very happy with the pest treatments for our house and the techs that weve had are all very friendly and give a heads up when they are coming.

Representative always gives me 24 hour notice of date he will be here..always spends time to do it right and is professional and polite!

Excellent Work

The service started out great. We had a 2 year contract and every month they would show up as scheduled and take care of all the issues that were noted. After two years the price went up and the service quality went down dramatically. Whenever we would call to make an appointment the technician could never keep the time promised in some instances they never called to reschedule never called to apologize for missing an appointment and making me wait home in anticipation for them showing up.We finally cancelled our service and in that process it took 2 months for them to realize that we were not going to have them come to her house any longer. My husband received multiple calls asking if we really wanted to cancel, and we said absolutely not only do we want to cancel but we want a full refund for the unacceptable months of service. It is a real shame that the quality of this company has gone downhill so much over the three years that weve been doing business with them. We will no longer be doing business with Cook Pest Control.

Cancelled contract due to lack of performance by Cooks - traps were NOT checked (soil undisturbed). I continue to get billed even though traps were picked up months ago. My credit card company continues disallowing Cooks drafts. We can keep this up forever or you can stop billing me now
