Rhonda in appliances was very helpful in the purchase of my new washer. She was very informative about trying to find an available washer in other stores and even walked around back searching for one that might not be in the computer system. After exhausting all resources I had to order one which she apologized and made the whole experience quick and pleasant. Thank you Rhonda
Did not have any thing we wanted in stock. Was extremely difficult to find someone to help us. Waited 30 minutes to ask a question at paint and watched 5 different clerks go by, none asking if they could assist.
Absolute worst hardware store experience Ive ever had. Arrived at 7am and had a new washer/ dryer picked out within 15 min, but it took another 90 minutes for the folks to confirm that my selection wasnt available in their warehouse and they couldnt help. Workers were pleasant, but untrained and only the appliance person could help, but wasnt at work by the time we left after 9am. Another guy left after waiting for 30 min to be helped.On top of that, the place was an absolute mess. Every other aisle blocked with stuff everywhere. It didnt look like restocking either, just poor management and concern.At the end, I did want to still buy a few items, but only one teller was open and the line extended down through the paint section, so I ditched my cart in frustration.Went to Home Depot around the corner. Immaculate aisles and immediate service and spent my money there.Too bad and I hope management turns this around. We need good stores in the neighborhood.
One of the few places that you can take your dogs and everyone who loves dogs. And pet them including the employees. Even some of the employees had dog treats and their pocket to hand out.

As a pro Im not a Lowes fan. Somehow always out of stock of whatever Im looking for. Good way to avoid the long check out lines though. Prices arent great either.
I have been going here for years. Finding help is rare. If you dont know what you need for a DIY project, best go home and youtube it, ask some friends or family members. Get your list beforehand then Lowes is fine.
Parking was easy and clear. Store fully stocked and clean. No long wait in lines. I was in and out and they’re practicing social distancing. I enjoyed my visit.
Worst experience ever with a store. I am remodeling my home before putting it on the market and when I was looking at flooring I was told there was a special going on and that if I bought the flooring, the flooring and the installation would be at a certain rate. I bought the flooring and they tried to argue with me on giving me the rate but I held firm and got the special. They promised me all of the flooring was in stock because I explained to them I was trying to get this house on the market ASAP. I confirmed that a couple of times making sure that every bit of it was in stock and that it could go in within a few weeks. After giving them nearly $5,000 for the flooring, legacy flooring (apparently theyre the installer) called me and said they could do it at a certain time and when I agreed to that and called them to confirm they said no it would not be at that time it would be a week or two or three or four later. I was then told that nothing was in stock and that it all had to be ordered. Ive tried to call Lowes numerous times and no one picks up. I am now standing in the store and I went up to the sales person that I have dealt with the entire time who apparently did not recognize me and he bit my head off stating that he was with a big customer now who was buying a few boxes of flooring. I bit my tongue because I was so tempted to inform him that that purchase was less than a tenth of what I had already spent with him. This is the worst experience Ive ever had. The flooring is still not in. No one knows where the flooring is and no one can give me a date of when it will go in. This is shoddy customer service and I will never go to Lowes again
Delivered storm doors here. Extremely crowded and had to turn around on the street and blind-side into the docks. Came off a broad four-lane on a dead end but still have to be careful.

Went into the store to purchase paint and paint supplies. Couldnt find just the right color, the Associates told me I could bring home samples of the different colors to show my wife, who was not in the store with me. Also I was able to buy a Allen Wrench Assortment for only $7.98 without the taxes. Great experience and great prices.
Came to Bartlett store seven days ago, was told someone would call to measure our door for correct measurements within 48 hours. Still waiting on that phone call, and calling the store doesn’t help as no one will answer the phone in Millwork, Windows and Doors. Not a happy customer.
Can you possibly give a negative star rating? This store would be most deserving. IF, and that is a stretch, IF you happen to get someone capable of entering all of your information correctly, you might have a decent delivery experience. BUT, if anything goes wrong, be prepared for ineptitude of the most ridiculous proportions. Need to call the store? Good luck, unless you enjoy being hung up on. Want to take time off of work to make the delivery schedule? Good luck, unless you like taking time off and twiddling your thumbs waiting for the delivery that never happens. Live next door to the store? Perhaps you may not mind driving up to the store to get someone to answer your question. 30 miles away? Whether you like it or not, if you want an answer, you will have to drive in. This store has become, a mockery of customer service.
Showed up at closing time and there was an item that wasnt on the floor, it was up in the steel. I asked an associate if there was any on the floor that I didnt see and after discovering there wasnt the associate stopped what he was doing an got a forklift and got the item down without hesitation. Made my day.
After Lowes made a big mistake with a shed I purchased, Allen in the gardening department did everything he could to make the situation right, even costing the store hundreds of dollars to rectify the situation. So minus one star for messing me over with the shed I purchased, but four stars for working so hard to make things right, even at a loss of money to them. Despite a rather big mistake, theyve earned my loyalty as a costumer.
Service has dropped since they helped me with my kitchen. The sink was installed wrong, but now out of warranty. If it was installed correctly the first time I would not have to get it fixed now. Well live and learn. I also tried to order storm doors and get them stalled and they seemed like they where going to set this up. But never called me back. I guess its Home Depots time from now on. Hope the service it better. Lowes just dont want to sell you products or help you at all. It seems like it to much trouble from them to go through.

Cannot get anyone to answer phone instore. Had interview scheduled and no one there to interview when arrived for appointment. Supposed to be scheduled for another interview which never happened. Left message with a manager. he was to check into it and call. never returned call.
Walked in to this store this am on the Pro side and the girl at terminal #2 was more interested in her cell phonethan she was any customers. We had to make a large purchase on several things but,couldnt get any assistance in the paint dept (lost sale $400) so we just said forget it.Went to pick up some tools and went through terminal 2 checkstand. We bought some caulk by the box, it rang up $20 higher than the posted price and we asked if she could call the paint department and she said no thats not something I can do, I put in the correct number so thats the price (Lost another sale).Shame on you Kristin Bobo Store Manager, for not giving your employees the proper training. This store has become a zoo and not that organized. Wont shop here anymore.

First off I would like to express my gratitude and exceptional service me and my family received from Karri at this location. Not just once, but twice she was extremely helpful and courteous even though the store was extremely short staffed. She went above and beyond her regular duties regardless of the pressures and stress that was bestowed upon her in all the chaos at the time. I will continue to shop this location knowing I will receive service of this magnitude during tough times. Karri, thank you for all that you do, and it is not unnoticed by those who shop in locations that appreciate great customer service, what a way to get welcomed back home after a long move from Washington state!
This store is terribly understaffed. I needed help in the plumbing section and had someone paged multiple times and no one ever showed. I had an employee pass by and I stopped him to ask a question. His reply was this is not my area and thats above my pay grade.Once we finally found our items on our own we proceeded to check out. There was only one cashier for the whole store.I will not shop here again.#LowesFail

Its been going on fo a week now, and Lowes still refuses to give me a refund on my contractors prepaid lar account. which by all means and definition is a debit account. nowhere in any of the return policy do they say anything about withholding lar refunds or having to mail a check to refund the amount.matter of fact it says for all debit or cash purchases cash will be given.all checks that are written within 3 days store credit will be given.even lost or stolen gift cards are warranted a cash refund for the remaining balance on the card .so why as a contractor and owner of my company not cash out my contractors lar account.Not only am I definitely not satisfied with this customer service Ive been bullied, Ive been intimidated, Ive been verbally and borderline physically assaulted.Ive been yelled at buy assistant managers and employees in front of customers and as the the face of the company and the sole member share stockholder I feel that I cant do business with Lowes anymore without. Causing further harm to the image my business due to the fashion that Lowes employees treated me and spoke to me like a criminal treated me. I feel that these employees have decimated my public image with my customers or potential customers in or around Lowes Home Improvement.To just put the icing on the cake,I was in there yesterday at store 1988 for almost 7 hours with my 5 and 7 year old boys and despite repeated attempts to have a manager paged to the pro desk it would have been easier getting blood from a turnip so now I say it publicly I do not want nor do I have any intention of ever purchasing anything from. Lowes Home Improvement stores or even online something needs to be done Ive already posted a video under Google review to show customers how the employees on the night shift like to treat their customers with vulgar language, sighs of disgust when asked for help, this is an outrage and can not be tolerated. Im only one man and is that so I know my opinion does matter I hope history has proven that there are power in numbers help me stand up customer satisfaction and what it actually means

I delivered food to this Lowes and I didnt get tipped.As a result, I made less than minimum wage, used gas, and put wear on my car by bringing food here.This is a low class operation.
This is a large hardware store similar to Home Depot. There is ample parking and I used the self-checkout line to purchase some small home repair items. The store was clean. I find it harder to get knowledgeable help here than Home Depot.
We were looking for a new dishwasher and young man named Brandon in appliances was amazing!! He was so very helpful and knowledgeable! He made the whole experience so wonderful! Couldn’t get anyone to help me in plumbing. I saw a employee talking to a guy, so I stood around waiting for him to finish with that customer (I was trying to be polite) but as I was looking at something - the guy he was helping walked past me so I turned around to get some help & the employee went the other direction. I went around to next isle hoping to catch him but he was gone!I’m Handicapped and slow but he was really fast bc he disappeared along with all the employees on that side of store!I took my money and went to Ace hardware, cost me a little more but I got help as soon as I walked in the door! Got my truck loaded by employees and went home!Thanks Lowe’s for your help - Not. No help cost your store a couple hundred dollars I spent at Ace Hardware!
I checked out the item I was looking for on the app before hand. The app had an aisle and bay location. I found the item with no problem and without needing the assistance of an associate. I paid for my item with a cashier associate. She was very nice and sweet. This experience was a great one!
Bought a 3 thousand dollar shed from them. Went up there twice to pick it up after they told me it was delivered. BOTH times they lost it in the store. The Assistant manager and the Night shift manager both initially refused to help when asked. After I told them I would return it since they did not want to help they literally rolled their eyes at me and reluctantly helped me not find it. The store manager called me and apologized and assured me he would call me back to get a price adjustment. That phone call has never happened. I requested through corporate for the district manager to call me and that has not happened either. Terrible customer service.

The times that Ive needed to ask for help theyve been great...usually for stores like this I just use the app to find the aisle and bay where the items are located so if you havent tried that Id recommend it highly.
It is IMPOSSIBLE that this store has 4.0 stars legitimately. Been trying trying to get ANYONE there to answer a telephone. Delivered a scratched refrigerator that apparently delivery contractor tried to hide with a sharpie. Apparently done with a box cutter at the street. Cant get anything done! $2400 for a scratched refrigerator and cant get anyone to answer a phone to resolve it. PatheticUPDATE - After 13 tries over 2 days....FINALLY got someone to answer phone and get a manager for me. Ultimately, Don then Anthony made it right for the damaged refrigerator. Lowes contract delivery service practices are not good. Lowes stated there have been problems with the delivery contractor. I am revising from 1 star to 3 stars for Lowes

I went to get a new faucet for the kitchen sink. I had certain specifications and had to select the product and check out quickly because a plumber was at my house. They staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and helped me make the perfect selection and make it back home just in time!

I have been delivered 1 item out of 6 and all six say they have been delivered which is false. I have been trying to get with customer service and stay on hold for 30 mins+ then automatically hangs up. I’m so frustrated at this point

I dont know whats going on at this lowes but I wont be returning, I used to get good service here, it used to be the only place I would buy most anything for around my house, but it seems like there are more and more problems with my experience here and at this point I advise anyone to try a different lowes location or a different retailer altogether. Their amounts shown in stock are regularly inaccurate, sometimes by a small amount, which is understandable because people buy things before the system can update, but sometimes by a lot. Ive had this location show several hundred of a style of paver in stock, only to show up and have absolutely zero. The employees response was yeah, happens all the time, we dont know what we have. Similar instance happened with firewood last winter, app shows over 100 bundles in stock, they had zero, different employee claimed the app was worthless and it happens all of the time. More recently its been an issue of posted prices vs stocking issues. Just today i tried to purchase an air compressor that was shown to he in stock and on clearance, I made the purchase through the app before the location opened for the day, immediately quantity changed, so it does seem they are quick to update some quantities, it took 5 hours for them to figure out they did not even have one in stock, but then changed the price. So whats going on, you dont know what you have in the store, you dont list prices accurately, or maybe the manager is giving their friends a deal? Whatevers going on, Im sick of having my time wasted and I cant be the only one. After trying to call multiple times to speak to a manager when I am transferred no one ever picks up, the person in customer service usually says sorry, Ill keep transferring but I doubt theyll answer and so far, they havent. 3 calls today alone, zero callbacks, zero answers. Get it together lowes.
I went in to buy paint for my house and a few other things, one being a sander deglosser that looked to be out of stock. Ms. Cherri in the paint department was very helpful and went above and beyond to find what I needed for my paint project. She took time to search the product and to pull it off the shelf from way up top. She was awesome..
Bad service. We were going to buy all new appliances and noone was willing to help. We asked for help and the associate just yelled at us and said we had to get in line that it wasnt acceptable that we were just standing there. We asked for help from someone else and noone was helpful. Please train you associates better to be able to provide excellent customer service and not be rude to your paying customers.

I like Lowe’s to buy plants and other gardening items. They usually have anything you need for DYI projects. I always compare prices against Home Depot because sometimes one is less expensive than the other when you need something.

Dont have them install your appliances. Dryer was installed wrong. How do you wire a dryer wrong? Screws are so tight Ill have to buy a drill to reinstall. The front of the washer is all scratched up too. Just dont use them.
Finding someone who can help you find what you need is a lost cause. I have only been helped by one guy at the pro sales desk once out of all the times I shopped here, and only because it was near the lumber department. Honestly, youre better off wasting your time walking the isles and reading the signs of whats in them. I would say go to home depot, but it seems they are just as bad near the wolfchase mall area when it comes to any help. Believe it or not, there was once a time that both stores actually helped you find things, and load them into a cart with you or even to your vehicle at times.
They get five stars just for customer service this day anyway. Props to paint department in Bartlett TN. I didnt get their names but both young ladies that assisted me provided detailed knowledge of the products to help me make my selection
The employees are quite helpful and the stock is plentiful for tissues and paper towels, if needed for COVID-19. Most people seem to be ordering online and picking up purchases. Some cashiers are being asked if they would like to go home early. Please, support our neighbors and walk inside to make your purchases, if possible. The workers never seem to know how to resolve my issue when I come to this customer service counter. You have a lot of programs and none of the workers know anything about them. It’s a waste of time coming here every other day hoping to find a worker who knows what I’m talking about and they never answer the phones
They arbitrarily change your delivery date, refuse to answer their telephone and if your lucky enough to actually get through on a call, they hang up on you. I spent hours trying to talk to a real person over several days. Just the worst service possible. Wish I could give them a negative number.

The people who delivered our new dryer, that we waited 3 months for to go with the washer we got 3 months ago, the delivery people are the sorryest, laziest people I have ever seen. The guy pulled our old dryer out far enough the hose disconnected. Then he made excuses why they couldnt do it. He refused to reconnect the dryer hose, leaving us without a dryer. I just had surgery and cannot take care of this myself for probably the next 3 weeks.

His guy said he parked 2 feet away so I sent him pics and was told he worked with the driver of van #6 for a long time and believed his driver

The service was terrible bought a hot water heater got it home and it was all beat up and then take it and the accessory kit that I bought was missing a part went back to return the part waited in line to return it for too long.
