Everything was ok but the dryers dont really get hot enough to dry the clothes ALL of the way3 stars because the lady is really friendly and keeps it cleanI mean she would not stop mopping lol

Most of the machines worked, BUT the restroom didnt have a light bulb, tissue, paper towels, or soap.Luckily for me, I bring my own soap and tissue with me on a day basis. Having to use my phone flashlight made this a 4 star review for me. My toddler refused to use the restroom, because there wasnt enough light.

Best laundry in bartlett its my opinion but a little pricey...nice environment 👍

My first time coming to Tina’s coin op laundromat today … my first experience here was Ight wasn’t all that needs a lil cleaning up tho wen I was finna use the restroom there wasn’t any tissue and hand soap at all so Didn’t go in there ….. most of the dryers didn’t dry my clothes all the way

Our washer recently went out and its going to take two weeks for the warranty company to send a tech out to our house. This was my first time stepping in a laundromat in over 25 years. Although its small, there are plenty of washers/dryers and it appeared to be pretty clean.

Attendant said she was the cleaning specialist, but we had to pay for an extra cycle because she didnt want to do her job. Good way to make extra mobey off customer.

Always clean and convenient location.

Old machines, bathroom door doesnt have a knob, and the place is dirty and stinks.

This is my first time ever coming to a laundry mat. It s a clean place. Kind of small. Was able to wash big comforters with comfort. If you go early in the morning during the week there is not a lot of people.

I wish there were an option for rating this place 0 stars because thats how bad it is. Where do I even begin...well aside from half the machines not being in working order (not that uncommon unfortunately), washer #2 actually broke while I was using it. About half way through the cycle it malfunctioned. Washer #6 is so finicky about what quarters it will accept, I probably had to insert 10 or 15 quarters just to get it to accept 1 of them. It takes 6 quarters before the machine will start so do the math...it took a while for me to get this machine to work. There is no attendant on duty. Also, when you insert a quarter into one of the dryers, there is nothing anywhere indicating how much time that you are paying for so you have no idea how much $ to deposit. Dryer #15 requires you to hold the twisting lever that starts the dryer in the counter-clockwise position while you are inserting your quarters, otherwise it will not accept them. By far the most frustrating GD laundromat I have ever experienced in my lifetime. The fact that its located in the heart of Bartlett (a nice, working class suburb) just makes it all the more surprising. Oh yeah, and the change machine (when its actually working) wont even accept a $10 bill. I had to go drive elsewhere to get change...sure wished I had just kept on driving too lol

They have good dryers... Thats the only thing good about this place.. the bathroom is a closet, I hit my head in the sink trying to squat ove the toilet.. their was no toilet paper, wholes in the walls... Who ever owns this place does not. Are... They just leave it an collect the money at the end of the day... But they have good dryers. Thats it

The lady who helped us actually helped us save money on the machines. Even gave us her own dryer sheets when we forgot ours. She was really sweet.

It is a clean place ... but the long lines to buy donuts despair do not let you in or out

Our dryer broke this week so I had to find a place to dry our clothes. The owner of this place should be ashamed. I dont think its that difficult managing a laundry mat. It SMELLS TERRIBLE!! The coin machine doesnt work! People have left their clothes laying all over the place! Bad experience.

Im always here and its always clean. The Managements always good she always helps out the customers

I havent had to go to a laundromat for years. It was dirty. Half of the machines didnt work and I had to try and get the detergent (i left mine) with a coat hanger tied to the machine. Needless to say I didnt get it having not had classes on jacking a car. I will pay the money for a new machine at home. This was disgusting.

Tina was onsite helping everyone. She is very friendly. Wishing everyone a happy easter. Insuring that we got the most for our money. Its tiny.. old and well used. So if that matters to you go to whitten rd. I appreciate the 1.75 single machines. Dryers work best #s 1-7. Takes a good 1.00 to dry. 30lb machines 3.50 one 40lb and one 50lb that is 6.25. I think its a good deal. And i appreciate this little place. Thanks for your help tina!

People sleep in there no NOOOO NOOO DONT GO THERE . Dangerous

Dirty and it looks like its falling apart. Tape and plastic on washers and dryers. Ceiling has wet spots and stains all over.

Crappy is the only words that come to mind...need better washers and dryers...the dryers suck frfr😤😤😤😤
