I hired Maid Brigade to do a deep cleaning of my home. I told the estimator specifically what I needed cleaned, she noted my requests, and stated there would not be a problem fulfilling my requests, approximately two weeks before the crew arrived. The crew arrived yesterday, both of the crew members stated they had a very limited ability to speak and understand English, so I asked my daughter to translate in Spanish to them my requests while I showed the areas I needed cleaned. They stated in Spanish they fully understood my requests. Four hours later they completed the cleaning and departed before I returned from an appointment. I inspected the areas and discovered they did not dust the ceiling fans, I am six feet two inches tall and can touch all but one ceiling fan by hand when standing on my toes. The tops of some dressers were not dusted, the chair rails were not dusted, the window blinds were poorly dusted, and the wood floors were only swept.

Love coming home after Maid Brigade has been here! The house smells so good, the floors shine, the kitchen shines and the whole place feels so clean!

Love the call the day before from the office about my clean the next day. The ladies come and I come home and the job looks great. What a great feeling after a long day at work and commuting 45 minutes. Now have bi-weekly service and will keep it as long as I have no time to clean. THANKS MAID BRIGADE of BARTLETT!!!!!

Substandard cleaning and horrible customer service.Each cleaning resulted in me needing to point out something missed. I chalked it up to a learning curve and that they’d get used to my house. I was assured the same crew would be here each time and that was not the case.The Icing on the cake was when they left a bathroom sink chipped. They denied it when I approached ownership. They sent me a link to a touch up kit. Basically accusing me of lying. Yes thought I was doing the right thing by paying more for an insured company. We were told it wasn’t worth their deductible to fix it for us. When we questioned if we needed to go to small claims court the owner hung up on us.Save the time and money.

This wasn’t my experience but it was my friend’s experience. Apparently she agreed to pay for two full price cleaning days for the initial cleaning because during the initial cleaning the workers never finished. She admitted her parents home was really dirty so she went ahead and booked a second first session to continue the cleaning (because the first set of cleaners who came did an excellent job and she expected the same the second time around for them to finish up). But the second cleaning had a ready to give birth cleaning lady working on the fridge for 3 hours and second woman cleaning the oven. My friend asked the manager to charge her less because the services weren’t as nice as the first session. The manager put her on hold and like a savage would, she charged her credit card on file. I can’t believe these people are allowed to function or have a business. Thankfully my friend found a woman in her suburb who cleans on the side and has done an excellent job picking up maid brigades slack. Hope they read this. If your home is dirty for whatever reason (my friend’s parents are very old so weren’t able to keep up) maid brigade cannot be your go to. Make sure you search locally for individual cleaning services that you can straight up pay cash for. My friend was so scared they would continue scamming her and stealing her money that she changed her bank! Thieves!

Hired these people to do a simple job of cleaning the kitchen, living room, and a furnished basement. Initially the charge was around $140, after the job was done, they up charged to almost $200. I was okay with this until I saw my house. A lot of corners and places were untouched. There was plenty of grease left in the kitchen area and the living room looks like it was barely swept/vacuumed. I had requested a refund for the job they did but all they did was insult me in the email response. BUYER BEWARE of this service.

Maid Brigade did an absolutely fabulous job for me when I lived in Bartlett. In addition to doing a great job cleaning, I really like their business model where the cleaning staff are actually employees - this makes a BIG difference!

Maid brigade of Bartlett has been cleaning our house for over 3 years now and we are very happy with the service especially Team #3. I appreciate their office giving us reminder of the time the team is coming usually the day before and they are always open to discuss any concerns and makes some changes to make the service better. Maid Brigade of Bartlett was very fair on the price of cleaning my home. Im very busy with my computer business and getting a price and booking the clean was a breeze. The girls got done close to the time they quoted but had to spend a little extra time cleaning my bath rooms but they needed it. The ladies who cleaned were very detail oriented and very pleasant to have in my home. I would recommend Maid Brigade to all who are too busy too clean.

I just had Maid Brigade of Bartlett clean my house. I was very happy with the whole experience. The team initially showed up and spent a few minutes determining the areas that needed special attention and got right to work.I have lots of rust stains in the bathroom tubs & sinks and they did a great job of removing the stains. The ladies who did the work were very professional and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend Maid Brigade of Bartlett to anyone who needs help with housecleaning.

Worst customer service. Denied ripping our door leading from the garage into our home off its hinges. Would not return emails, calls, texts. I had to reach out to them and they denied responsibility. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Our house has 3 floors. 2-3 people arrive biweekly for the past 6 months, and theres ALWAYS something overlooked, despite regular calls to management! They are very friendly and polite, but are not consistent nor thorough.Every visit, there is something different that wasnt done at all:1) main floor bathroom floor wasnt washed2) kitchen counter/window wasnt completely cleaned3) family room furniture wasnt vacuumed4) lamps (we have 6 total) werent dusted5) dining room floor wasnt washed well/stain left unaddressed.6) Master bed gets linens changed (I leave clean sheets/blankets on top of bare bed.) Last week 3 people came, and it was left AS-IS.As most people, we work hard for our money, and were done paying for services we are not receiving. Im tired of having to double check the whole house after they leave and feeling ripped off. I am cancelling our service.
