It’s a joke they don’t care about your appt time they will not answer the phone and they will not talk to you through the window

Like others said, the place is tight and busy.I was empty in 1.5 hours since I checked in, full load .

Its a mess in the lot. They may unload quick but it will take you longer to get into the door because of the way its set up.

I worked for the Greco Family and they are the most gracious,generous Family I know,their products are number one and the Sausage is in a class by itself!!!!!!!

Pretty good experience here, checked in at 0730 for 0830 appt, was placed into a dock immediately. Was finished up and pulling out at 0840. Staff was friendly as well. Yard is pretty tight and there is a lot of traffic, would rate 5 stars if not for that. The bad reviews are probably people that were late or a day early.

Great company, great family, they deliver everyday if you need to only company does this in Chicagoland area .....I think my dad was Eddies 1st customer back in Glendale Heights early 90s...

In and out in 3 hours not a lot of room to maneuver. Got a door 30 minutes past my appt time. No overnight parking. There drivers are super rude and will cut in front of you, block you and speed by while you are on that yard. The employees speed down the street blowing their horns for you to get out of their way. Super rude drivers all around at this place.

Complete cluster f&^k. Absolutely no room for incoming loads to park or stage. Needs to be twice as big to handle the amount of product coming in here.

If i could, i would give them 0.... arrived at 9:30 am, 11:30 now not even docked yet.... docks were empty when I arrived and now they are full of there company trucks. If you are not driving for them you will loose the day and money consequently. Not worth the effort. Going on my “ not to work with “ list !

Products are top of the line. Prices arent the best. Cheese and Sausage are best in market. Sales Reps go the extra mile. That said, if you are not Italian good luck getting appreciation and respect.

Be ready for 4-5 hours waiting

Dont bother calling or buying. Very rude, hanging the phone, keeping you on hold for ever. Transferring the call and never call you back! The bigger they grow the worst service they have. Worked with them years back, was very different.

Greco and Sons is an outstanding company. Their facilities are state of the art using innovative methods to create, package and deliver premium products. I have toured both their Carol Stream and Bartlett operations and I was blown away. I have been a customer for many years and I will be for many more.

A little tight but unloaded fast

Once you can get in a door youre OK. Getting that door is another thing. We always get an 8:00am appointment and the doors are still loaded with their trucks. Sometimes you get lucky but most often youre waiting a while.

I called to complain about their drivers blocking the driveway to my parking lot. Their solution to your problems are to hang up on you. When I approached the driver. He had me wait until his delivery was compete before moving his truck. I would understand if it was a one time issue but this is a repeated offense. Will be filing a formal complaint with the village.

Today I was making delivery, Receiving department started work at 6 AM I was checking 5:30 AM and I was empty 6.50AM,full truck load from California that was very good experience. Thanks 👍👌

Really rude people in the office and they dont tell you when their done unloading their drivers are complete nit wits and drive anywhere they want didnt matter if your backing up or if your on the road, they will find a way to take you out, they constantly park personal cars in the dock and refuse to move them even when they give you that dock...... it crazy how they treat thier drivers to. would not recommend this place to anyone

Your drivers are rude and not courteous to any otr drivers stay in way even when being nice and telling them they are in the way. One driver obviously doesnt care if it male or female will try and have an altercation. Should really check ur drivers better

Could someone pleas instruct your truck drivers that they are not the only ones on the road. Every morning at the Dunkin Donuts on Lake street, the park their trucks so no one can park but them. Be considerate please

Terrible receiving. Arrived 9:15am and got a door at 2pm and still not unloaded. If I could I would not do any loads for them. Other drivers arrived after me and left hours before me. Avoid if u can.

This a national company with an old neighborhood, family business mentality. Greco has helped us grow our foodservice business exponentially. And their service as been next to none with regards to sincere concern for what is best for me. Five Stars!

Seen all the reviews about their service being horrible, but mine was okay...

Your drivers use my residential driveway for a turn around. You management wont return a ohone call. Your driver will be arrested and your truck impounded next time. Check you voice messages and return the calls from 9-20-2017. You must have issues with respecting others.It is ashame people have to post these messages because you dont care eniugh to return calls.

Otr drivers stay away from this place. Be prepared to wait 4 hours or more after your scheduled appointment. They tend to load their drivers first over the other drivers. STAY AWAY!!!!

This company does not take care of their employees. Drivers make salary, not hourly. When a driver misses a day due to illness, they doc a salary drivers pay. I do believe that when you are a salary employee, whether you work 40 hours, 60 hours, or 30 hours you make what you make. So this company, I know from personal experience, would make my husband work 60+ hours a week m-Sa. But if he misses a day, which he has only called in 3 times in 2+ years, they docked him a days pay. To me that is payroll fraud. But no one says anything because the company pays 95% of the medical insurance. Then this past April my husband fell and got hurt. They denied his workers comp claim and said he was old. Even though he had and FCE report done and he is permanently on restrictions. Oh and one of the ladies in the main office said we are allowing you to keep working here as a courtesy. This company is a POS. If we could afford it, I would have him leave. He is in constant pain every day, can barely walk. His doctor says that he has reached his capacity of healing.

Terrible customer service and salesmen arent any better! I suggest going with Orlando Greco or a real company like sysco where they want your business!

This company where is slowly drop off peoples very slowly

Your truck drivers continue to ignore the Evanston noise ordinance in making their Saturday delivery to Meez on Elmwood Avenue. There is no reason for them to make their deliveries at 5 AM, 5:30 AM, 6AM OR 6:30AM on a Saturday morning, as has happened, when the noise ordinance is in effect until 8AM on the weekends and 7 during the week. ALSO, there is a state law that limits the time that a diesel engine can be left running to TEN MINUTES. Your truck driver also ignored this law.We have lived in this RESIDENTIAL neighborhood for over twenty years and Meez only recently moved in. They have proved themselves to be inconsiderate neighbors who flout the laws and urge their suppliers to do the same. The police have spoken to them about this and the laws apply to them too.If I have to, I will visit with the city attorney and sign out a complaint against both you and Meez.(I really would have given you NO stars if that were available.)

As a delivery driver here I have to say it is a cluster mess. Too much going on in such a small area.

Their trucks always park in the middle of the street causing traffic hazards for other motorists. Almost daily in Chicago even when the loading zone is available for the truck.

Greco and Sons is the worst place to work 75 to 80 hours a week Greco and Sons does not care about safety at all employees driving cherry picker with out a safety harness all the supervisors dont care they say absolutely nothing about safety I had a employee ran over my foot supervisor did absolutely nothing about it they have 14 to 15 year old kids working there with fake social security cards

The service was OK, rozl was in a new place there were no problems. When it comes to people working in the office they are not very polite and nice here, I would give 1 star just to pay attention to it, it would be useful if they worked a bit. Good luck
