Patrice told me earlier today that she would for $150 electronically file an amended 1040 tax return and would send me the link to fill out the required info. I believed her and trusted her as a professional. When I did not receive the link to provide the corresponding tax information I called her to inquire as to when I might expect the to receive the link. She then nonchalantly told me she, wait for it, I Changed my mind she was not going to honor her word. I told her that was very unprofessional that if she changed her mind and we were waiting for her to send the link she should have had the common courtesy to let us know. She then outrageously told me that we should not have made the mistake on the original return. Really!! I thought her business was to help people with tax problems not berate them. So I think she is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Patrice I found your company and contact info on the IRS web site and thought you would be a professional, which you have demonstrated through your actions and your potty mouth that you are anything but that.
