A/C went out, had no experience with companies in the area. They were able to get someone out same day. Tech was right on time, quickly solved problem, gave me information about unit without trying to upsell me. He was pleasant and efficient, and price was pretty much what I expected. Was recommend to Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning by my neighbor who went to school with Vince. The original plan was to have him come out and look at a AC/ heater unit at a house my sister was purchasing which he came out immediately. After talking with Vince and telling him about my house situation, we made an appointment to have him come out and inspect my units. I knew both my AC and heater was under size for the house but it was really undersized and the upstairs couldnt stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Plus our units were really old! We had a huge temperature difference upstairs as well. I received a quote to replace everything and a few days later I told Vince lets move forward. Vince had one of his techs come out for the install and the guy did an amazing job, service was quick, install looks great and he cleaned up the area really nice. I probably was a pain as I asked the tech a lot of questions but he answered everything and was very knowledgeable of the product. They made me very comfortable as I felt I had a true professional doing the install. A couple days later Vince called me to do a follow up and see how everything went and I told him about the great experience and how much of a difference it is in the house. Now I only have a two degree change in temp upstairs which we cant even tell unless we look at the thermostat. We are much more comfortable in the house now. I highly recommend any Bartlett resident who needs work done to call Vince and support a local in town family business!

Bartlett H&A are an honest company with kind technicians and great customer service.Background - I wont name the other company...but I fell for the $39 gimmick to have my AC and furnace cleaned, and it turned out just to be a slimy sales call. They wanted 90 minutes of my time to sell me an AC unit and basically told me I needed a new furnace and humidifier too. They wanted to re-wire my entire basement and put in new vents! My house is less than 20 years old!I found Bartlett H&A and Vince came out - he was great. He was soooo honest and kind. Bartlett H&A didnt try to push any new products on me, they were even willing to try to fix a very broken AC unit to save me money. In the end I decided to replace my AC unit and they didnt try to sway me with fancy units that costed a lot... they picked 2 reasonable units appropriate for my sq. ft. and it was as simple as that. The previous company tried to sell me an AC unit that was double the price of what Bartlett H&A had quoted me.I will never use anyone else except Bartlett Heating & Air... thank you for being an honest company that we can rely on!

Our 8 year old Air conditioner broke on a Sunday when it was 90 degrees outside! I could deal with the heat but my mother who is older and lives with us could not. Due to health reasons. Probably the best experience I have had with any company...ever. It started out with Laura going above and beyond to help me in a dyer situation with a dead A/C unit early this summer. She provided me all the information I needed to make the best decision I could given my situation which made the whole process a breeze (pun intended). Great service all around. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I got a quote for a replacement system over a year prior to actually moving forward with the project and what I appreciated most was they were not pushy about getting me to buy at that time. They were honest and let me know that my existing system was nearing end of life and that it would eventually need to be replaced, but was still running okay. With this, I ended up getting another year out of it and when I was ready to move forward with the new system they were able to get me on their schedule within a week. I woke up this morning to no heat at 5 AM. I called Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning and they were able to get me scheduled for their 7am-9am window. Brian came out and did a really good job. He was thorough and identified the problem quickly. I had a furnace fan burn out at 8:30 am, called them at 9:00 am, had someone here at 10:45 am. Jacob assessed the issue, quoted me a process, got the replacement part and installed it al before 12:30 pm. Fantastic service. My heater works great now. Professional service and quality. After our old service went out of business we were looking for that local reliable family business that we could support and knew that they would truly appreciated our business.That is exactly what we found here.We have had them for 2 years now provide our seasonal maintenance which is always done on time and professionally.This year with COVID they are like us taking this in stride proving they are the professionals that they are. He used the CDC precautions and standards while he was in our home.After he was done he explained what he found and offered the solution he thought was best without over selling me.For this we will continue to use them and recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

Our furnace stopped working the previous evening. I called Bartlett Heating and AC at 7:50am and by 8:50am our furnace was working again! Wow, thats the level of service few companies can boast about.

After getting several quotes for a new furnace and AC, we ultimately decided to go with Bartlett Heating and Air. Their price was competitive with all of the quotes we received, and we wanted to use a local company if possible. Now that the install is complete, Im so glad we made that choice. The two techs that did the install were on-time, professional and courteous. Before starting, all of the work was explained in good detail and then promptly got to work. Once work was done, the work area was cleaned up so well that you couldnt tell that a new furnace had been installed. One other comment - we change filters frequently due to allergies and installed a slot for us to change the filter without taking the door off the front of the furnace. A small thing to be sure, however, they were the only company that suggested this when providing the quote. The tech also went and got a new filter for us after accidentally tearing the cardboard on the filter that was in place as he was showing us the slot.I highly recommend Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning. Well definitely be using them for any service calls from here on out, and if we do find ourselves in a home where we need to install a furnace and/or AC again, they will be our first call.

We went through Home Depot originally for a quote and was immediately deterred by the price and service complaints. Decided to look locally and to help small business. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION.They were courteous, prompt and literally almost half the price we were originally quoted. They only do the work you need, rather than trying to up sell you on things that aren’t broken. I also had these change replace my entire furnace flue pipe as it was rusting. After tying a couple of different ways to fix an a/c unit from 1996 to try and keep the costs down, they had to let me know it was pretty much dead. That was at 10:30 am and by 4:00 pm the new one was installed an up and running. Awesome service and a great value.
