First impression: walk through the door & the air conditioning is very cool. Love it.Trendy interior.You pick your color as soon as you check in, from the sample sticks. I feel this is a wonderful idea! You can see what the color will look like on your nails vs picking a color by the bottle.You are offered a beverage when you are taken to your seat.Massage chair is so relaxing!Staff very friendly and accommodating.

I had a poor result the time before last. Upon corresponding regarding it...management went out of their way to improve upon that poor service. Ugly toes...but this polish is over a month old and still looks great (there is light that creates the line). I am thrilled with my new pedi and Becca. Thank you Nailspot. Sorry it took me a month to say that!

The client is their focus, they ask if you need a water or anything several time during your appointment. The salon was extremely clean and sanitized. The Nailspot is appointment only, which is perfect for a busy person on the go! They give you an estimate to how long your appointment will be and the nail techs are always on time and ready to see you when you arrive. Very clean environment. I’ve gone several times and never had any complaints!!!!

This is the nicest and prettiest place in Bartlesville that I have personally experienced! It feels so clean and very elegantly designed. I have used 2 different nail techs there and loved both of them (Sierra and LAN) Both are great and Sierra not only does great nails, pedis and manis but also great waxing! I am very picky with not wanting my nails being to thick because I like them to look close to natural but Sierra is a perfectionist and does them exactly like I want them and she is so sweet! I highly recommend this establishment.

Had my first visit recently and was very pleased. Scheduling online was simple and my initial impression of the salon was very positive. It’s a pretty space plus very comfortable and clean. They took appropriate precautions for everyone’s protection and sanitized well. Brittney was my tech and she gave me an excellent pedi. Then I had her do the polygel on my nails. Love it! My nails feel so much lighter without acrylic extensions. But with the polygel I get to have the length I want. Thank you to Brittney! She is great! I will definitely be back for fills and pedicures in their awesome massage chairs!
