The downtown location suited DSR better before the move. Moving forward I hope and pray DSR 🙏 expands and relocates to a newer built facility when their ready 🙏. 🙏☆☆☆☆☆

Big fan of the environment here. Made lots of friends with complete strangers. The business sort of reflects the small town vibe, where the employees look out for each others best interest and well being. We often communicate and work out solutions as a team to the toughest challenges, whether its simply tech support or life happening to a colleague. The management here is not just management, many times I have felt like this is just one big (really freaking big) family. Highly recommend this employer.

Nice enough company to work for. Training was good and management seemed to care. The business they are in has its downsides for employees so keep what you want from a job in kind and all should be fine. Can’t speak as a client or any other fashion besides as a former employee however.

If I could give this company NO stars I would! The training is poorly done! NAO needs new people in charge! Manager needs to let go of the friendships and put work first! I lost my job because they didnt train worth a damn! Worst 3 months of my life. Also they dont take action with sexual harassment issues seriously! I am definitely making a law suit complain with my lawyer 4/12/2019.

DSR is a privately owned company with changes happening as expected as it goes through growing pains.Follow the rules, and you will go far, fair pay for those coming in with experience and certifications. I’ve been with the company nearly a year and a half. The management does a lot of things for employees that a lot of other tech roles I’ve had would ever think of doing.

Met some wonderful people and I know that the service is very personable
