This is a man that takes pride in his job to make sure the customers is completely 100% satisfied with the out come. Im in Barstow, CA. There are several places I could have parked here in town and the odds of me even still being in town are even slimmer. Not knowing I was in town he took time out of his day to drive around checking the trucks they washed to make sure they were looking good. This is a General Manager I would hold onto and be proud to have in a company.

I would say for the guys washing my rig that went good. After pulling out and having the gales hand dry they finished with tire dressing which one of the girls let the spray dressing wand slip and sprayed the passenger side all along the side. Did not noticed till I got out. Probably would not have tipped them.

Very dissatisfied. 2 hours waiting. And the quality of washing is very low. I do not recommend. 0 stars.

One of the Best blue beacon Ive had experience with. They have more options then other Blue Beacon locations

Its insane how many bad reviews Ive read through on here but this location has never done wrong by me, I stop here every time Im in California and will continue to. The Little sister will never get a dime as long as they keep up the fine job here!

If youre reading this then I would suggest you turn around and find another establishment to get your truck washed. Even after showing the manager how they clearly missed all these spots, he refused to wash it again. I dont think Ill be getting my truck washed from Blue Beacon again. Hard pass.

It was a good experience. A little longer than usual wait. But we are all clean now. Before and after photos.

5-12-21Usually this place is awesome, Ive always loved coming here since they are fast and do an excellent job.But today they only had two guys working in the first bay and it was taking way too long for them to wash a truck. I waited 1 hour and 20 just to get up to the door and in that time they only washed 3 trucks. So I will probably wait another 30 minutes for them to wash the truck thats in the bay now.Im not impressed at all. Next time I will rethink my decision to stop here.

Not bad the normal blue beacon experience. Very helpful people working, detailed job. Was not too busy Friday around 4pm. Had 4 truck bays got right in. :-) thanks.

I have used this location a few times. They do a good job cleaning. However not sure how and didn’t see it till day light. But our Bran New Western Star with under 10k miles got some scratches on the fairing of the cab. So we paid 87 and some change for a wash with scratches. Scratch’s worth probably 300.00 after labor cost. Recommend have them wash while you watch and don’t do the extra Blue coral outside for the extra 36 bucks. Won’t do it again or I ever go back. Little Sisters is pretty good. Just not enough of them around but still.

Dropped in to try and clear the dirt out of my one tons grill before the next grade as I was running hot after the last one. Wanted to charge me $30 and wait for 2 other trucks to get fully washed before giving me a quick radiator spray with 2 open bays available.

Place was busy and everyone here is friendly and polite, however I would caution drivers to inspect their truck before pulling out. I should have and this is what I received for a wash. I should have checked so it’s on me. But I would expect better attention for the price. Seems like Blue Beacon quality varies by location.

I pay extra for wish but not good service very bad behavior dont want to lessen you i still need wash again tomorrow totally wast my mony $150

Good customer service. Very friendly young men. Worked hard and fast. The didnt hit the stacks as good as I wouldve liked but 4 stars for being friendly which is hard to find in Commiefornia.

Everything was fine until I got down the road to stop for coffee and realized they forgot to rinse the top of my truck. There was dried soap all over the drivers side.

Best place to quickly get your RV washed. Reasonably priced and the techs do a really great job.

Nickle and dime you for every little thing. Wouldnt dry entire truck for $11 only would do cab of my tow truck! When asked they said I would have to pay more....paid $60 for light duty truck.

Friendly crews but quality job is doubtful. When you try to address it the manager said we will make sure do it better next time lol. Ok, next time i will go somewhere else.

Overall I was satisfied with the service.They were just so busy, it took almost 2 hours to get into a bay.By the time I hit the bay, there were already more than ten trucks behind me, and thats with three bays.Hats off to the guys for keeping such a positive attitude.

Just get the wash. Hand dry hand wax option is total waste. They spray liquid wax and let it dry by itself. Only place they hand dry was front grill and driverside door area. Giving 2 stars because wash is good.

Stopped to wash today and they managed to SCREW up a week old polish job that cost me $350 bucks . Even the glass was streaked, some things never change . I knew I should have waited in line at little sisters! My truck looked better dirty. Blue Beacon will never touch it again !

I was going here for a little while because I liked that they do the Blue Coral wax however that will likely stop after my last visit. One of the guys in the wash bay blew my turn signal marker light out and didnt want to say anything! Shouldve at least reported it instead of me pulling to the Flying J and coming back fir them to deny it as if I dont own the truck and inspect it every day 😡I bought the replacement and will stop coming here. Very unfortunate because prior to this I was planning on leaving a good review. Owner Operators cannot afford to have places like this ruin our equipment, and not say anything to us and deny their faults. That is not good business!

This place is very unprofessional. I waited inline 2 hours just for the basic wash. There are no signs explaining how long the approx wait would be so that to give truck drivers an option to get there truck washed there or not. Once you’re in-line. You’re stuck there for how ever long it takes. 🤬😡

Charged me way to much asked them to pay extra attention to the back where dust sets. Nope when seen it after I pulled out they used armor all to wash the back of my vehicle. Blue beacon has went to hell.Does not do any good to contact main office in Salina. Theyre a joke too

Such a great experience! The workers at this Blue Beacon are the BEST! They did a FANTASTIC job on washing my truck and trailer. The guys that wash my truck were excellent! The woman inside was super sweet very kind. She also did a fantastic!if I could give them more than a five-star I most certainly would had they deserve much better than just 5 stars.If you have a chance you need to stop there the wait was worth it!YOU GUYS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ❣️

I have the best truck wash here I think Ive ever had. The crew I had didnt extremely excellent job on my truck and trailer and the outside crew that did the towel dry and tire dressing was equally as good. I recommend this blue beacon!

First time using this Blue Beacon and I must say they did a great job on washing the truck and trailer they didn’t miss a spot on it and they did an excellent job on getting the wheel and steps covered so the brighter wouldn’t affect the polished job on them too!!! I recommend them too anyone great job guys

Paid $68 for a wash n dry on my brand new truck camper. Had my motorcycle on the back. They charged me for washing my bike too and for drying it but they didn’t do either !They scratched my rig’s windows with their big wands and didn’t properly dry both my camper, truck and motorcycle!I was left with hard water stains ! Not a good value if you like your toys properly washed & dried!

Went through with my RV. I requested a no brush wash as I did not want to risk the paint being scratched. The wash was very expensive and did not include a good rinse of the roof. Moreover, they do not dry the vehicles. As I drove around after the wash, dirty water from roof trickled down and the RV looked like it had never been washed. Again, if the price was about half the cost, maybe the wash would be worth it. But I wont take my RV to a Blue Beacon anymore.

They were friendly but they did a rush job on my trailer wash out. When I went to use the deodorizer there was still debris left on the floor. If the company I drove for didnt have the account I would have made them do it again.

I never ever come here for truck wash . It’s been 3 hours and still waiting in line . They don’t have enough staff for 3 lanes . One person is wash truck in each lane . Waste of time . Never recommend to anyone either .

Hi I went to this truck wash and I pay for the full service including engine and they make pay before after all the frame was with salt on it I ask the guy he said he can’t do it the manager come to me and he said they can’t not wash the salt so I have to pay and take the truck to an other truck wash they souls let you know before not after you pay

Sometimes they do it good job sometimes not. Today they do not wash properly my truck and trailer. A lots of spots remained on my fuel tank, back of truck, left side of my trailer...... not good at all

Visit was quick and my equipment looked great for touchless. *(Drying was by hand). I havent encountered long lines here like at most other commonly sunny locations. Lots of food/ stores/ parking nearby in this truck friendly town.

Poor staffing as of late, four trucks in front of me should have been out of there within hour and a half to two hours at most! Took nearly three and a half hours to get into the wash bay not happy
