I recently bought a Cub Cadet lawn tractor from Tucker. Their customer service was incredible. This was my first lawn tractor purchase. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had done significant research online and visited the green dealership where I got very little information and the salesman didnt even walk outside to show me the mower. At Tucker, he not only walked me through the features of several mowers, but started it up and taught me how to drive it. There was no sales push to buy. I came back a few days later and he encouraged me to test drive a few others. When trying to decide between two mowers, he actually discouraged me from buying the more expensive mower. They delivered the mower as expected and gave me a good overview one last time. I have been using the mower all summer and it performs exactly as expected. I highly recommend the folks over at Tucker. They are honest, professional, and attentive.

Bought a 28mile hold over 2019-750 utv cub cadet.i broke it in the drive system.and it was delivered back to me,twice for the that problem.it is still broken.imagine the lack of knowledge their machanics have.thereare only 75 hour on it.long story

Total bill $432.91. Actual physical work took less than 1 hour. Tucker Machine Co. charged me $150 for a BCS carburetor. BCS does not make carburetors. Charged me twice for shipping. Got the machine home the new BCS carb worked for 2 months then failed while the machine was running.$432.91 for them to change a carb wich costs $25 dollars on ebay and takes 20 minuets to replace. Just another dishonest mechanic trying to nickel and dime the locals.

Had what I needed

Very disappointed in their customer service. They are bad at returning calls and take a very long time to service equipment. I would excuse this in a time of pandemic but this has been going on for years.

Not at all pleased with my experience with this outfit. Not sure if they really did anything to my snowblower while they had it. For 3 months. Several issues I wanted them to look at, were still a problem after I got it back, - worse even. Took a number of calls before they finally had me pick it up. Not a cheerful group either.
