I was extremely impressed by both the receptionist, who helped me feel comfortable just being there, and the technician who helped me choose the best hearing system for me to use. I couldn’t be more satisfied and happy that I made the decision to be tested and try a hearing aid.

My mom spent $5k on hearing aids. They were not worth the money and we have found out we paid double what an actual audiologists charges. When they broke, we sent them back under the warranty and they sent one with no volume control and we think an entirely different hearing aid it falls out of her ear! This place is an absolute rip off! Oh and those hearing tests are not free—they are charging Medicare and other insurances for them! Buyer beware!
