I had made an unemployment claim online and had a few questions a few weeks later so i called their # provided online that went to Frankfort but their phones were down maintenance. I went into this office hoping they could provide me with the information I needed and they did. Was pleased with their services provided.

They don’t deserve any stars your put on a so called Q lost and no one ever calls you back you are unable to talk to a person you can’t get anywhere I’ve been trying for over two weeks to find out if I getting unemployment or not but it’s impossible to solve any problems

They were nice to me, go early to get out fast

Never answer the phones all most impossible to figure stuff out unless u walk in there then they do good and help u
