Ive been to this Lowes location dozens if not hundreds of times. I dont like to give five stars as I save them for exceptional experiences. But after thinking long and hard, I simply cant remember one single reason to complain. The employees are always very polite and respectful. Everyone Ive encountered working there has been more than helpful and very attentive. Place stays very clean and well organized. Everything kept stocked up and available. Theres even a large garage door that usually stays open on one side which helps builders like myself as well as contractors, subs, or anyone else who might need it. Big parking lot. Great location. Standard pricing. Good store all in all.

I was worried about buying a couple of big home appliances for my house. I was SO surprised when the Management AND Staff went out of their way (both times) to make sure I got a good deal, deliveries went smoothly and I was happy. I was very surprised, but happy and impressed!

Very helpful guy in appliances, he told me the difference between two products, made sure he had it in stock and helped my husband load it. Very good visit.

I wish I could give negative stars. In trying to have blinds installed and fencing put up they have been happy to take my money and weeks later all I have to show is a credit card statement. I sit on hold for long periods of time or get hung up on altogether. It is beyond frustrating. I have been told numerous times that I would hear back in 48 hours, only to have to call and be told that-again. No management will address this situation, they are impossible to get on the phone. The fence salesman will not return calls or texts.

Had a key made and p!int mixed. Was easy to find someone to help and they were very nice.

Great store I was able to fine a ceramic light fixture I have been looking for quite awhile I couldnt fine it at the Lowes in my town nor any of the other hardware store in my area I even tried a electrical supply store only to fine out it had gone out of business even tried Amazon Thinking surely they have it they have everything but with no luck they didnt have it either but this trip out of town was a blessing for the Lowes in this location had what I was looking for they only had two of so I took them along with a few other things I ended up picking up while I was there. The store was will let clean the staff I interacted with were very knowledgeable of there departments and the items they sold in there zones Ill definitely stop in here again in the near future when Im in town.

I get all my supplies here affordable and help is everywhere workers are vary kind.

Terrible customer service, they wont answer the phone and when they finally do, they transfer you to a machine or just hang up on you!!!

Ordered online for pick up, one item was wrong. They immediately went into action as a team to resolve the issue quickly and correctly. Bardstown, KY store is impressive.

No help to be found. I purchased 2, 40 lb bags of salt. I ask the cashier if someone could help me load it up in my truck and she paged someone but after waiting for 15 minutes I decided to do it myself. What I should have done was taken it to customer service for a refund and got my money back. I definitely wont go back.

Carrie is customer care is awesome. No matter what issue you are dealing with she handles it effortlessly and gets it done with satisfaction for the customer!

I love home shopping here, so glad Bardstown has a Lowes! The store was clean, organized and stocked. The ladies bathroom had just been cleaned when I went inside so it smelled very good inside. There were plenty of employees on the floor ready to help customers out as they looked around. Very pleased with the store.

They had some issues finding the right trailer that I bought online. But they quickly fixed the problem and gave me a discount for my troubles. Awesome crew. Surprisingly, one of my best experiences Ive had at Lowes.

Was in n out in maby 10 minutes. Cashier at the garden center this afternoon did a great job. Cleared out a pretty big line in no time; with no problems at all.

When I was there, pallets and carts of boxes of freight were everywhere making it difficult to get into some of the aisles I needed to get into. Cashier, Ron was very helpful and friendly. Many plants in the garden shop despirately needed water.

Lowes has a problem in every store i dont care where its located they almost have everything you need almost... the computer system doesnt tally products well. So you think they have something but they really dont loss prevention is slacking a bit i assume. However people are laid back and usually more help than most when they try

More organized than any other similar stores, always friendly customer service representatives at this location. We return things all the time no issues, easy entrance and exit.

The biggest problem I have with Lowes is the delay in the inventory information between the online app and actual store. Soooo many times Ill go online and find what I need, see that Lowes has it in stock, in my local store, only to find its long gone when I get there. With todays tech, this should be a non issue. Very frustrating. A waste of my time and money.

Sarah I’m Lawn and Garden department was a hero today for us. She had the best customer service over any other Lowe’s and Home Depot store we called, had more inventory available, was willing to help me get it aside and walk me through paying online and then when I called back she even measured it for me all very happily. She helped big when nothing was going well for the day. We are very grateful for her! She makes this company look good.

I went in to buy a kitchen stove. Waited for over 30 minutes for someone to help me and nobody came when I pushed the help me button twice. I buy a lot there or I did, but not anymore.

Lowes in general are all pretty friendly. This one is very good about keeping shelves stocked and usually have friendly people. Paint section not as friendly sometimes I have asked questions. Not isolated incident for this. Electrical section has a guy that answers questions thoroughly with respect for my lack of knowledge.

Get what you need here!! Awesome staff!!

Lawn and Garden crew are awesome but every other department the crew love to run and hide when they see a customer coming to ask for help they act like they are busy but yet half of them just want to talk to their buddies or play on their phones.

Out of treated 1xon shelves. Not to eager to help. Not much employee interaction.

Typical lowes, no help what so ever, i have learned not to expect much when going to lowes.

Only one UNTRAINED cashier! Took her forever to load paper in the receipt printer and she did it wrong several times then called her supervisor to show her how to do it... self checkout hand scanners are either missing or not working. Took me 5 minutes to shop and 20 to checkout ONE ITEM!

The name of this place should be slows! I hate shopping for anything here. If u ask about something they always say Well.... we can order it for ya. When you can go to any other location and they have it stock. Or you better grab a cart on the way inside cause thats where theyre all at in the parking lot

Ordered a Christmas tree online to have delivered at store. 5 mins after ordering the store called me and said they canceled my order and were not going to order it. They told me to go to there Elizabethtown store and get it.

I enjoy shopping at Lowes. Mark and Greg were very happy to assist me with my questions.They seem to be very knowledgable of their job...I was able to get in and out in a timely manner.Smiling faces keep people coming back !!

I went there to buy a lawnmower and the checkout person helped me out for about 25 minutes making sure I got everything I need. If I remember her name I will edit this review. Its a great place!

Woah it wants two reviews, honestly the wood here taste really good, its got a very nice smoked flavor (after its been prepaired) I quite enjoy eating atleast two deck boards a week and lowes is the perfect place for finding such a delightful snack!

It was so slow I missed my chipotle order and the sign said 15 minutes, more like 45. Now my food is cold.

The customer service was phenomenal. Went in to exchange a lawn mower, they didn’t have the one I wanted so Chris with the customer service upgraded me to a very high quality new mower for no extra charge. Very great staff. Thank you to all in customer service and huge shout out to Chris and Tj for all your help.

Good store. Friendly staff. Only issue is having people working depts they know nothing about. Example, need a 1 1/2 clean out t for plumbing. Location empty. Ask the employee stocking the aisle if they had any. He glanced around. Said yeah, got a ladder and brought a box down. It was 1 1/2 caps. Told him wrong stuff. He said guess we are out. Sorry. and walked away. We looked around and found a box of them on shelf above the caps be thought was correct. So instead of looking for product more after having gave us the wrong thing. Poor customer service and didnt know anything about plumbing. Have had quite a few issues just like that at the same store. My brother owns his own business and probably spends close to 100,000 dollars a yr at that store.
