Had an encounter with guardrail on Bluegrass Parkway after either blowout or tie rod failure. My car was filled with cases of marbles, plants, coolers, and other items from two weeks of traveling. Coulter’s Took my car and self to rental car agency, unloaded items into new vehicle, and ensured I was set and car was emptied before continuing to Bardstown!

Made this account simply to write a review on this company...so hope that tells you how much this means to me. Guy driving their truck go so close to me on the highway I almost pulled over and called the cops for reckless driving. Came up behind me and turned on his high beams to be a meanie head even though I was in the slow lane and no one was next to me, seems he just didnt want to get over and wanted me to get out of the way. The driver proceeded to then drive so recklessly that I had my phone on 911 waiting to call the police for a wreck.

My heartfelt thanks to Coulters Towing and especially to Joey who towed my wifes vehicle from Bardstown, Kentucky to Bowling Green. He also got my wife to our home in Bowling Green. If I had been with my 70 year old wife, it might not have been such a big thing, but she was traveling alone. The engine developed severe issues on the interstate ten miles outside of Bardstown. She managed to get in to the Cracker Barrel there at dusk. Coachnet arranged to have her picked up there, and transported to Bowling Green at 10:00 PM. She was made comfortable and safe. Late at night at the dealership, Joey solved another problem and got her safely to our home. I trusted my wife to Joeys care, and he came through wonderfully. Thank you.

Great people who helped us after car accident. They took valuables and kept inside 2here they were safe.

If they tow your car make sure they dont steal anything. Had them take a $30 hat before I got all of my belogonings out of it.

Need to slow down before they kill someone on the road. Just seen a truck going 85 in 55 .
