I order things and usps is always the carrier and this time my package is actually missing I have no idea where it at and it said delivered 2 days ago and there’s nothing....

Always tries to upcharge on shipping packages. Always bends your stuff before asking if its fragile.

Got a package the other day and heard the post man throw my package on the ground. Then today I got a package and it say fragile all over it and it came late and my cookies were mostly crumbs!!! The girls in the post office are great! The delivery drivers suck!

Tried to call cause no car access and had a surgery. Couldnt walk,I stayed on hold over 134 min and hung up. No on bbn picked up the phone. I tryed several times

Due to the flooding in Reedsburg, we had to move to my moms in Baraboo. My kids lost everything.. including all of their warm clothes. A bunch of people have sent us packages, and Ive ordered from numerous websites. Guess what? The carrier has sent back all of my packages saying this address does not exist. My mom has been here for over 15 years!!!!!!!!!! Yes, I know its a different name than usual, but what gives them the right to return everything and not even tell us they did it? So now my 8 kids warm clothes are going to have to be reshipped and this place better NOT return my stuff again. Do your job and deliver! Btw, thanks for depriving my kids of their new winter gear. Its in the 30s already. Smdh.

It seems hit or miss; nice people in the office but our mail sometimes gets delivered and sometimes it does not; I’ll have letters waiting to be picked up for three weekdays in a row at my home mailbox.

I have an eBay and Etsy business so I ship a lot and every time I deal with this one middle aged blonde woman, she is so rude I lose my cool. Every time.
