I had never been in the Verizon store before, we were switching over from US Cellular. Tarah was fantastic!!! She was patient and upbeat through the whole transition to Verizon and new phones for 3 kids! She was the only one there and juggled several customers at once during the 4 hours I spent in the store. (Due to my sons back up taking forever) Give that girl triple the pay-she did the work of 3 people and all the while was positive, knowledgeable and friendly.
If you want to upgrade your phone or spend money they are happy to schedule you for an appointment. Any problems with your verizon account, they will turn you away. In other words, if they already have your money, good luck getting help from them.
The store says on there website and the front door *OPENS AT 10am*, two times now my wife has gotten there at 10am and both times she had to leave 10:30AM today (04/28/21) and last week she left at 10:42AM NO ONE was there! They must make there own hours on when they open.. I recommend the Waunakee store! Theyre always open at the right time 9AM and way better customer service.

George was the most helpful employee I’ve ever worked with at the Hwy 12 Baraboo location. Very informative and knowledgeable. Helped me get exactly what I was looking for without pressure. I appreciated how straight forward he was so there wouldn’t be any surprise charges along the way. If you need assistance with a new phone or plan, George is the one to ask for.

I must say, the Verizon store staff have been great in my recent visits! Very helpful when I was the one having a problem with my phone, and I saw a young man (“John,” or Kimjohn on my receipt) show great patience with a very difficult customer ahead of me. He remained friendly and calm even though the customer was very confused and frantic. Great to see this store’s customer service turn around after a couple poor experiences a couple years ago!
Our sales rep Taylor was very helpful in answering our questions & getting us set up with Verizon. We were able to keep the same phone numbers which was one of our main concerns. Hopefully the great service with Verizon continues with good coverage in all areas.

I went in to upgrade my phone today and was very pleased with the results. My old phone was not working correctly and the staff were still able to get the contents of my old phone onto my new one. They were very knowledgeable!

One person working during the weekend, what a joke! I could have bought a car quicker then what it takes to activate a phone at this place. Terrible.... Better of driving to Madison. Probably would be down and back with a new phone before you would even get to the sales persons desk at this place
Please dont buy the Pure Gear Screen protector. There are 200 Better Business Bureau Complaints about this company within a short period of time. ALL stating that the warranty isnt being honored, theyre not answering phones or emails. I feel as tho I was sold a Bill Of Goods so to speak. Because I will most likely not get satisfaction. I did try calling Victra Corporate and the only thing I was told was to Speak to Pure Gear.Was he NOT listening as I had just stated that Pure Gear wasnt answering and that I wanted Verizon to reimburse me for Goods sold with no good out come. Must be nice that they can point the finger to the company that doesnt respond, yet continue to sell these items to us unsuspecting public.. FOR SHAME!!!!!!!

Stopped In wanting to check out Verizons service (currently with us.cell) and was not planning to up grade but for the price and the promotions they had running I would have been a fool to pass it up! The two gals in their were awesome an very informative!!
This is a bad review for Verizon not for this store, Verizon is down right terrible for coverage in southern Wisconsin, it will work in a few towns but very few and not at all out in the rural areas. The town I live in has tens of thousands of visitors a year and Verizon were I live you might as well shut your phone off. If you are in southern Wisconsin you have to use US Cellular. I have Verizon just because of work and it works well in big cities out of Wisconsin, be careful and do your research on phone carriers.
My experiences here have been great. The customer service is wonderful, Travis and the female supervisor whose name escapes me are amazing.
Ive purchased my last two phones here and have been extremely pleased with the level of service my wife and I received. David was friendly, helpful, and extremely patient. We had some questions that needed following up with and he stuck with it until the situation was completely resolved!
Scam! Beware! Do not use this store! They are a scam! They tell you there are promotions and you purchase from them. When you dont get the promotion you are told by corporate Verizon that the promotion doesnt exist as it was from the store. The store never gives you the promotion they promise. They told us we would get $250 per line for EACH new phone. This was to be a giftcard! Not only have we NEVER received the giftcards, we cannot get the store to speak with us. The salespeople intentionally lie! They are trying to make a big commission and intentionally lie about rebates to the customer. Do not go to that store! If you live there or are visiting like us....run dont walk away from that store!!!!!
The people here were nice. However, I feel that I was deceived. I was led to believe that the cases and screen protectors were included in the price of the phone when in fact, they were not. I paid a separate fee for each. When I was told to choose a case I had even said that I didnt see the price, at which time I was told the case was included. At no time was I asked if I wanted a screen protector, one was just put on. When all was said and done and I realized I was charged for these items it was too late to get my money back. I find this to be poor service. Im wondering if these people earn a commission. Buyer beware
The lady was not helpful. Called customer service when got home to make sure I got the plan I asked for. Will not go there again. Also she kept looking at her cell phone.
