They haven’t delivered my Amazon package for two days now due to accessibility to my place. I have been here all day today and no one has came to the door to deliver it. This is the second time I have to make my way to the post office to get my package. Awful service, never had problem with the Beaumont post office. Laziness !!

Absolutely the worst! My Amazon packages are continually marked as undeliverable can’t access my porch. Just lies when you have Ring cameras and no attempt was ever made. No amount of complaints have changed a thing. Now because I complained my packages were all cancelled and sent back to Amazon!

They said my Amazon package is undeliverable do to front door not accessible. Absolutely a lie !We were home all day .I seen mail truck go by Easter Sunday at 9:32 am did not stop . Seems strange that they are working Sundays and holidays.

Their carriers are lazy. This is the third time the carrier has marked my packages as insufficient address because she’s too lazy to walk up the stairs at my apartment complex and deliver them.

I nave not nad any mail for three 3 Days again this week. It has been going on too long. Cant blame covid any more. I need my mail. Lousy service.

I have not received my mail delivery for 2 days and I know it because I have outgoing mail, and because I see there are 9 letters to be delivered to me. When you try to call them it is a recorded message like blah, blah, blah.

I can not count the number of times I have received my neighbors mail and packages and how many times my mail and packages have not been delivered to me. There needs to be an investigation done. I have filed a formal complaint before for a package that said it was placed in my locked mailbox and was not. I will be filing yet another in the morning.

Package arrived 3 days late and got home in time to see the mailman throw my package to the ground.

The US Postal Service is trying to say that they delivered a package for me on Memorial Monday I dont see how they dont work on Memorial Day I was home all day and not once did they show up now theyre telling Amazon that they did drop off my package At my front door I dont see how the address is on my Label But not the apartment number i managed to get amazon to believe me but it took me buying another set of cutting boards to get store credit post office workers are voter fraud devils liars and lazy ......i cant wait for trump to make you pay for all the missing ballots you destroyed

Absolutely the worst Post Office in the U.S. Mangled packages, mail left in a driveway! Late and often fake tried to deliver messages on Amazon. Totally worthless and everyone there needs to be fired.

Good if you just wanna ship envelopes but they don’t supply you with tape or pens or necessities like ups does, in addition service is not the best either, once the line started getting long one of the workers went on break only leaving 1 person at the window for a line of 15 people. Why would she do that? I’ll drive to UPS and save myself the hassle

Returns purchases to Amazon and says undeliverable..unknown name or address.. Fake message from a lazy delivery person. This has happen too many times.

Have been trying to call them for 7 days now they lost a package of mine and I ended up having to drive there they still can not find it

I spent several hundred dollars of supplies and stamps for my business over 5 months ago. Only 10 dollars of supplies have came in. Unfortunately I cant get a refund due to their reception. The first time i called was to complain after the first month. I think they have blocked me and ignore every SINGLE CALL that i send. I HATE THIS PLACE.

Worst post office ever constantly delivering my package to the wrong address. If possible use FedEx or UPS for definit delivery.

Some of the people who work there seem so incompetent because I will order something from amazon and it will be delivered at the front desk and when I go to pick it up they say they don’t have anything for me. It really angers me because sometimes the stuff I order is really important.

Not going to lie. Im pretty mad I got next day delivery and they told me 2 days later to pick it up at the office after saying it was out for delivery on the online tracker. I didnt pay to have them dropped off at the post office. I payed to have them delivered. I had 4 packages from USPS and one arrived on time and 3 they didnt deliver.

Would give zero stars if it allowed me to. Terrible customer service!! Sent my mail that had a tracking number to the jail!!! Banning checked in my mail and had the nerve to tell me that they never had it!!Awful experience!!! Rude employees and absolutely zero professionalism, including being hung up on by an employee who even lied about her name. The post master does not return calls either. Worst post office EVER!!!!!!

I use this post office for business mail, thousands of postcards sent out twice a year. The staff here have never been anything less than 100% professional. They have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to ensure my visits are as quick and painless as possible.

The older gentlemen with gray hair is EXTREMELY rude. And CONSTANTLY has a bad attitude. Is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. I literally wait to be helped by anyone else because of his horrid attitude. Other than that very nice site.

Regardless of the mail carriers who deliver to the public, the clerks in this office are amazing. They always have a smile and they make sure everyone is serviced promptly. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Our post person accused my son of stealing a package from someone elses box, police were called they searched my mobile home found nothing except the package I received that day. She wouldnt apologize and now she causing problems with my mail. I was expecting a package today and she didnt deliver it. And I was home all day. She needs to change routes or deliver my packages I order on line a lot cause Im disabled. Dont have a car or way to get to post office to pick up.

Ive lived in Banning since 2008 and have never had an issue. Other reviewers wrote very negative reports. I came from a bigger city and the personal attention from the postal associates was very limited there. The Banning and Beaumont post offices are both very good in my opinion. The only time Ive had an issue is when I filled out forms wrong or did not have my packages ready.

Why do they deliver mail periodically instead of M-Sat like all other post office. Says attempted delivery or no access when they didnt even come to delivermy regular mail let alone take 3 extra steps to deliver packages

Today makes the 3rd time in 6 months that my carrier said they delivered a package, but in reality did not deliver anything. Last two complaint were followed by my packages showing up the next day. I wonder if I had not complained, would the driver of just kept them for themselves? So I guess Ill call the Post Master again tomorrow 3-19-2016. Ship with any company beside USPS, it turning into a den of thieves.

Then my other packages I found were rerouted to Huntington Beach supposed to be at my request per USPS. Amazon was not sure what’s going on. We have a new carrier. Very Suspicious. I have had several packages lost (or stolen from postal carriers?) since i moved here. I am new to the area. I cannot believe that nothing is being done to correct this, because by the amount of negative reviews it seems like someone should be looking into this. Incredibly frustrating to have missing packages and lost money because they are not being delivered. I have NEVER had such an experience like this anywhere I have lived, and I have lived in several states for 10 years. I hope someone who can do something about this is reading all these reviews. When it is more than just a couple of complaints, then there is an issue. Fire the whole team at get new postal workers!

I had two packages scheduled for delivery today, 1 made it fine, the other one didnt make it. they said that they attempted to deliver it, but mail receptacle was blocked thats BS, because my mail receptacle is always open and plus i was waiting with my front door open till 9pm. they never even tried to deliver it !!this Post office is lazy and doesnt care about their customers nor their jobs. i wonder why Fed-ex and UPS are taking all their business.

I think they lost their scanner. I mail 5 or 6 packages a week and they never show up on tracking. I pay for tracking and feel that Im getting cheated. I guess theres nothing I can do about it because their the Post Office and the workers just dont give a crap. Another example of -Just give me my pay check and dont bother meVery sad.

I had a package that said delivered but went to my box and nothing. This has happened twice now and I was out the money for an order. It was put in the wrong box as this is a community mailbox. A lot of people are dishonest and dont report a wrong pkg they recieved. Either someone is stealing these within the post office or can’t read the address. No surprise since our weekly mail comes at 5:00.

The line always moves fast at this location.

My packages seem to never be delivered do the drivers not know how to read ... my tracking says delivered but i did not receive anything tired of spending money on stuff to not recive it . but someone else with a simaliar address does. looked up how many houses have the same address across town and there are 5, 2 on the same street

Very very poor this is the worst post office ever. The post mans scans my package and says it was delivered and wasnt. This is day three and still no package the only answers I keep getting are let me try and find your package its been three days someone obviously stole my package. So Its just a loss

The mail carrier for my apartment complex has crammed a small box into my mailbox so hard that I cant get it out. Even though our complex has larger boxes with keys. All she had to do was put the item into one of the larger boxes and place the key into my box.

Biggest Douchebag post office ever! Prepping a box in the parking lot and they lock the door as I reach to open it at 4:29! Next time I go here Im going to bring a bag of dicks for all the workers there.
