DONT USE THEM . REPAIR MAN LEFT BEFORE HE MADE SURE THE REFRIGERATOR WORKED .AND OF COURSE IT DIDNT AND STILL DOESNT .

First class experience. Knowledgeable technician who went the extra mile. Quickly repaired the problem I had called about (no heat in dryer) and, also, found a broken fan that had been the source of a loud noise since we had the machine. My wife and I had always assumed the noise was a flaw in the design. Now the dryer purrs like a kitten.This was all covered under a service warranty so there was NO charge. Thank you, Sears!
It took three visits before my laundry center was fixed. The 1st visit the technician saw that I had a laundry center so right away he said it was a 2 man job and said the earliest he can come back was one week. The next week 2 techs came and said the part that was sent wasnt the correct part, so i had to wait another week because they didnt have the part with them. the 3rd week the correct part came in and my washer was finally fixed.
This is not specific to the Banning location, but is for the call center for appliance repair. The technician and repair was fine, but Sears telephone customer service was horrible. After all the problems we had with them last time (about 6 months ago), they offered us points, which we didnt want, wouldnt let us speak to a supervisor, then on the 4th person we spoke to, they offered us a $50 e-gift card that we never got. Today, we decided to give them another try, they set us up for a time then, after they got all of our info, they said they had to change the time to a week later. Uh, no. Do not call them. It obvious to me now why Sears is having so much financial trouble. Its a shame.
The ice maker was replaced with a brand new one.Installed perfect, this Service is well forth it. And weLoved it.
I was having a problem with my dryer--it wasnt drying most of the time.I called Sears - got an appointment and the serviceman came right on time.I told him the problem and he said that he knew just what the problem was - andhe showed me the part. He installed a new part.and he was on his way..I was impressed with the serviceman, very professional and friendly.THANKS TO SEARS!!
No complaints, tech arrived early did a nice job on repair . Only took about 30 minutes.
The technician who responded to the house was Leo. He was very professional, and in short order I could tell he really knew what he was doing. I could not have been happier with the results nor his professional demeanor.
