Very calming to walk the aisles. I buy barbecue sauce in bulk with chicken tenders, the raw ones, and is very yummy in my belly. 10/5 stars would go again. Almost out of barbecue😭

RUDE. Check-point-Charlie says, youll have to come back after 10:00. (It was only 9:45.) She demanded to see my green card. I told her I didnt have to come back at all. When I returned at 10:30, she demanded to see my membership card. I told her she saw it just a few minutes ago. She looked at it, laughed and said she did remember me. RUDE.

Love their fresh green string beans and organic fresh carrots great prices and value. Love there red potatoes large bag of potatoes great value for the price. Lots of great values here. So worth being a plus member. Every anniversary date of my membership i get rewards back in cash that I earned through purchases. The rewards I earn always always more then pays for my plus membership.

This place has the rudest employees. They chase you down at the door the scan your mbr card. Used to count items when exiting againt recipr. Now HAVE to scan multiple item even when exit line is backed up. Last straw is being told busness mbr no longer get to shop early hours. Done with Sams

Customer service very unhelpful when trying to claim Groupon offer to renew membership. Fixed issue myself, but the attitude was that it wasnt their problem.

After a year of being a member just found out you can only get into Sams at a certain time unless you have a plus card.. ridiculous! To me you pay for a membership you should not be discriminated against on certain times to enter a club when you pay for it!

It was nice shopping but without a membership dont plan to buy anything went to buy a case of monster energy drinks would of been 30 bucks alone but needed a 45 dollar plan to shop there so trip cost me 80 something but if I shopped here all the time would be worth it but not a one time trip deal that was expensive

I bought 32 boxs of flooring and a two flush toilet. And my spine is all busted up so i asked for help and they sent a young guy right over and at check out i did not even need to ask they sent someone out. Awesome thank you sams club

Nice place.

Had to make a trip to Bangor for grain and decided to stop at Sams to stock up on necessities. They always have a great selection of quality meat. We picked up a pork but to grind into sausage. Very friendly service and clean.

Its was pretty great, found just what we needed. Just be careful and dont loose your wife in there like I did. Felt like Home Alone lol. It was great though, well be back, together 😀

We used the curbside pick up service. I placed an order for a specific pick up time. The first attempt my husband was turned away because someone did not listen and do their job thoroughly. He was told our membership was expired and we could not have our order as it shouldn’t have been placed. I called. The manager investigated and determined he had no idea what happened but it was most definitely an error on their part and he should have been notified immediately and was apologetic. He kindly set up our order such that we could pick up at our earliest convenience. My husband then took time off from work to go get it the next day. Could not find curbside spots so he had to go inside again. There was no one present for a while; 5+ minutes. The greeter told him it was fine to just grab the order from the togo area. The cart check personnel was very irritated with him that he did not have the proper receipt because he could not check out properly due to no service and the previous issue. Finally someone from Togo area showed up and smoothed things over. The whole process was a frustrating mess. And I was told there would be a gift card (I thought ?) for the inconvenience of the first fiasco. Instead we were given a very cheap gift bag worth all of 0.50cents of things we cannot even use due to health/diet restrictions. Ridiculous.

We have been customer’s with Sam’s Club for many years. We love the products, service and the savings! We also get money back on our Sam’s card which is like frosting on the cake. Not only do we save on the products but money back, that’s awesome!

Moved products, AGAIN, out of some wanted products. Go to BJs.

I always enjoy shopping Sam’s, even when they move things around, which theyve definitely done again. This time, though, I think theyve done more than just move stuff just for the sake of moving it so people have to look at other items to find what they want. Theyve made the aisles bigger, and theyve combined items in the same aisles that make sense. Cant wait for my next trip.

Great place to work and shop! Been working here almost 2 years now and have to say one of the best jobs Ive had. In terms of shopping, if youre going to shop here a lot like I do you should definitely get the Plus membership, yes it costs more but with the cash rewards you can pay for your next renewal or get cash or use for purchases.

I went in a few days ago to get my tires done and changed over to my winter tires, came home to almost flat tires no big deal so o filled them full of air. The next day I went to my car and again almost flat. Save your money because they won’t fix your tires, because there not guaranteed.If your going to get tires swapped I’d go ANYWHERE but here, piss poor service.

Not a good experience. Everything has been rearranged and not in any logical order. Baked goods separated. Had to get directions to often purchased goods then finally got help to locate

Great customer service at desk

Had the worst experience today. I was going to buy a coat and the sign clearly stated 29.88, but it was ringing in for 49.98. We got the cashiers and a manager went to the display. She saw the sign saying that brand, those sizes for 29.88. They didn’t go good for the price though because behind the clothing rack was another sign for the same brand at the higher price. Hidden by the rack and coats themselves. Clearly it was a deceptive marketing technique and I was not playing their game. I left without buying anything. Coat factory was happy to have my business. And their products were clearly priced.
