Recently we had the pleasure of once again doing business with Caryn Webb, manager of Odlin Road U-Haul. Another employee Natalie actually took care of the outgoing transaction, while Caryn handled the return. This time it was renting one of their trucks, which was a first time experience for us. The professionalism, courteousness and helpfulness of these two ladies is outstanding. Both of them are an asset to U-Haul. From the way each of them treated us, any company would be fortunate to employ either of these ladies. Thank you to Caryn and Natalie for excellent service!

The representative Trevor was extremely helpful. He helped me and my family untangle the secure straps. In doing so, he educated us on how to thread the strap for the trailer and how to remove them once we reached our destination. He also assisted my family with the tying the furniture with the strap which took another 15 mins. We appreciated his help because it would of taken alot longer for my family and I to do it on our own.

Made an online reservation for a rental truck. Website was very easy to use. Truck was ready when I got there. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The manager double charged my girlfriend, then made it right with a free month. He continued double charging us without honoring the free month.The overhead doors ended up all dented around the locks for the units on the back row. Evidence of an attempted break-in.

Setup appointment for hitch. They agreed with matching a competition pricing said they would call by 5pm that day the latest.2 days later called back. Still agreed to pricing and date picked. Called 2 days before install saying parts wont be in for a while.Glad to waste 2 weeks.

This is by far the best UHAUL in the area. I would recommend that anybody looking for a truck, trailer or storage solution travel out of there way to go here. The service is quick and the crew here goes out of their way to make sure that the customers needs are not only met but exceeded. All of the equipment is spotless smells like new and is clearly maintained with nothing other than excellence and perfection in mind. Storage here is even better than the equipment. There are hundreds of new units with optional heating and air conditioning and the setup is far superior to any other location I have seen. A huge thanks to Trevor, Patty, Cody, Katelynn and Ashley for making this the best moving and storage experience in the state and possibly even the country. After going to the Odlin Rd location I will go nowhere else and you shouldn’t either.

This is the best Uhaul location I have ever been to. The manager Mo is phenomenal, along with the others who work there. We were using a U-Box for our move, and the company doesnt deliver to our town, so Mo used his own truck (and time) to personally deliver it. Customer satisfaction is a priority at this location. The shop itself was clean and professional looking. 10/10 would recommend.

I returned a truck here from out of state. When I arrived late, the acting manager treated me very graciously. It made an impact, so I decided to work there. The new manager, Trevor, has a heart of gold. He has hired many employees, and schedules them two or three at a time during peak hours. You can expect him to to the extra mile for his customers just like he does his employees. Several months ago, I may not have rated this location as highly. But under the new leadership and with a full crew, you will be impressed when you rent here.

These guys rock. Trevor rocks. Keep up the good work.

Trevor was amazing, went over and beyond to help me with everything from a storage unit to a trailer rental... its a little for me to drive. But this will be the uhaul location that I will always go too!!!

Ordered a Reese hitch and scheduled the installation. We even called to verify correct parts and appointment time only to get to Uhaul and find they never ordered the hitch at all.They had no problem taking my $ and wasting my time, now Ive got to wait until mid week for a refund?Well played Uhaul... appalling.

Wish I could give this location 10 stars! Mustafa was super friendly, he had the truck ready with the tow dolly on it right when I arrived. The following morning upon our move to Florida, Dave Martin helped me out with loading my car onto the tow dolly. He had to saw up a bit of lumber because my ground clearance was so low. Without him, I wouldve torn the front bumper right off of my car. I was so lucky he was here this morning to help me. This is the most courteous and professionso staff I have dealt with in months. I recommend this company to anyone moving locally or out-of-state. 5/5!

Been here 4 times on different days and at different times, ALWAYS have wait.

I frequently deal with Uhaul, Trevor I think is the guy running this show.Incredibly courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I wish all uhauls operated like this well greased cog!WELL DONE!

We spent hours trying to pick up our UBox and hours returning it, only to be continuously billed afterward. We were promised a resolution repeatedly, but have yet to be reimbursed. Additionally, our belongings were extensively damaged in the UBox and we were reassured by Trevor, general manager, that the insurance company would reimburse us for the improper handling, however our claim was denied. It has been more than a unsatisfactory experience. Save yourself some stress and go elsewhere.

There is never enough staff there to help customers. Saying theyre sorry every 10 minutes doesnt make it better. What makes it better is to have more help.

Mo, the GM, runs an awesome operation. This is the best Uhaul Ive ever dealt with & Ive rented both trucks & storage here.

For moving three times in the last two years and two of the moves were from Maine to Florida and then from Florida to Maine you would think they could give you a little break on the price on a local move didnt happen. And the back of the U-Haul was so dirty we had them make note that it was already dirty so we shouldnt be charged for cleaning when we return it. Also the in side of the cab was discussing we rented it from Newport, Maine

I highly recommend this location Moe the general manger was more then helpful from over the phone to when he waited on me in the store for a hitch install on my gmc Sierra which took no time at all to do very helpful store was very neat and clean and warm and welcoming a++++ to him and his team very well runs location any other moving needs this will be my go to location thanks Josh bangor me.

Large U-Haul Moving and Storage facility. Has a good selection of trailer adapters and accessories, which is why we were here.

I found them to be very rude . I find it to be a very long process to leave. They wanted me to get in and out of the truck to check the lights thats not my responsibility Im not doing an inspection Im returning a vehicle talking about the odlin road location I will never go there again

These folks are great at what they do. Dustin was super helpful.

These people cannot even properly install a wiring kit for a tow hitch. Damaged my light fixture, on a brand new vehicle, because they did sloppy wiring work; and at a premium price of $75/hr. Go elsewhere for your tow hitch needs, not even to another U-Haul. These people are incompetent.

Had a few hiccups with my order but they went out of there way to make it right. I highly reccommend working with them in the store in person instead of the website for best service.

Waited 45 minutes to make a reservation. Their system was down so they took down my information on paper and gave no receipt. Came in on the day of our reservation (when we had people waiting to help us move) and they didnt have our reservation or truck size. Not impressed.
