Terrible agency! They place a sex offenders in a facility for the elderly, many of whom are woman. They are frightened of this creep. He tries to assault them. The agency knows this but maintains him there. They allow their women staffers to go to his apartment and bathe this man...alone! Very inappropriate staffing!
