Bought a order online. Went in to pick it up and get my discount. Instead of giving me my discount, they took more money off my card then after calling multiple times they gave me part off what they took off then got my card shut off because they made so many transactions on my card and still have yet to return my discount they originally was supposed to give me. So in all it cost me more money then what I paid for online

Very friendly associates. Young man in doors and windows very knowledgeable and helpful. Kate in paint was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing stain and paint for our camp.

Quickly losing staff because of policy changes but is still making great money! Soon to be exactly like home depot so good luck finding those good people that used to help you! Oh and dont bother getting anything delivered.

I have been on hold for over 30 minutes for a simple question. about sockets if they had it in stock or it had to be special ordered. This is exactly why I only shop at lowes for my craftsman tools. The customer service is awful unless you are standing right in front of them. then they have no choice but to answer your questions .However If they did not sell craftsman tools. this is exactly why I would not shop there.

Employees dont want to help/lack knowledge and the prices are average/above average. If you have to go to a Lowes in the area you are better off going to Brewer. If you can avoid Lowes altogether you are better off going to Home Depot or a locally-owned business.

The clerk at the service desk was very helpful today, I wish I could name her. Then, a young man helped me find exactly what I needed for a kitchen sink! Alec was very helpful!!

Service in store is difficult due to lack of workers, and many out of stock items. I do feel its not their fault, but it makes shopping stressful.

Went in looking for a couple appliances for a home I was flipping, got one to take home the other is on order which is fine, had great customer service from Julianne she went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for.

Very friendly and nice staff. They have a very wide selection of items. My only issue is the pickup orders take a little long to be ready for pickup. They have great deals on power tools and accessories. With very good warranty statuses and high quality building materials.

The staff at Lowe’s is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! :-) I needed to find some tiles for an emergency repair of the floor in my bathroom, and they had the perfect tile in stock! :-) I was in and out of the store in no time! :-)

The service was quick, and the attendant was knowledgeable about the items she was selling.

I bought an off the shelf grow light. I just spent an hour on the phone tracking down a base that it will fit it. Then i find out that it requires an electrician. Even Sylvania does not know where to buy these. These should not be sold in the lighting dept. They should not be sold at all without the customer having access to this information. Do not buy the Sylvania LUMALUX Plantastar 400W unless you are an electrician

Higher prices and less product availability and it’s worth noting that I’ve never once been asked if I needed assistance and I am here weekly, give it take.I do prefer their products often times because they have a style that more closely matches mine I just have to hope it’s not an object that requires an associate to get down or else I bring a camp chair. 😂🤷🏼‍♂️

My wife and I purchased $1,700 in flooring here and she had to load it into her vehicle by herself(unfortunately I was at work). Also,, no one answers the phone in any department, its just a constant loop back to the service desk. I love the flooring I got, but I will not be a repeat customer at this location.

Entered the store around 7p.m. on a Sunday evening with multiple staff standing socializing at the front of the store. Searched for 45 minutes for the items needed, found one item. No help from staff and the kicker was once I found staff again at the front of the store, as I was walking toward them they walked the other way. Ill shop local, the customer service is better.

Ring flooring and tools until it stops ringing and hangs up. Scheduled a measure was supposed to hear back from their contractor within 48 hours, week two still no calls. So again, store employees are great but their phone system need a lot of help...

Sure, they can supply all kinds of stuff but I can never find anyone who can help me. My recent visit resulted in multiple pages for help over the intercom and two managers being informed a customer was waiting on aisle 13. I waited 25 minutes, made a best guess and ended up going home with something I didnt need. Im moving them to the bottom of the list for places to shop. This store is always aggravating when you have a question.

Many sale items picked clean.Got a fantastic deal on Dewalt drill bits and accessories tho.Staff was helpful & friendly.Although I was unable to get everything I was looking for, what I did get was reasonably enough priced.

I am very disappointed in the customer service I recieved at Lowes today, 2/5/21, at 3PM. I needed help finding a specific tool, and not a single associate seemed even a little bit interested in helping me. It felt like I was invisible. When I did finally approach the blonde woman at the register she was anything but helpful, pretty much dismissing my needs and just wanted me to leave. She did not care what so ever about what I was looking for. Needless to say, I will be trying my luck at Home Depot tomorrow where the employees might actually acknowledge my existence.

My husband and I went to lowes for flooring for the 6 room we had just redone. Also for odds and ends we need to finish off the hall. Only to be followed around the store, by a store employee very obviously waiting for us to steal something. In the past Ive aquired everything I needed to renovate 2 homes. Well it looks like my new one will be done by Home Depot. After todays ordeal.

Horrible experience every time pick up previously ordered items. This time I have currently been waiting 30 minutes for them to locate an item I called about hours before. The assured me they had it. The previous time I waited an hour and 15 minutes for them to locate IN STOCK items. They do NOT have it together.I do give credit because its always busy, but this is just poor customer service.

Went for 4 inch PVC. Compared to Home Depot prices are much better. 2 ft piece was 7.88 almost 10 at HD. 10 ft section was about 20 dollars, about 26 at HD.

I go to Lowes for the selection however I DONT go to get pertinent information as I rarely get anyone who knows anything about what I am asking. I get more info from asking another customer and thankfully they are willing to assist me. The majority of the Lowes employees are very friendly if not terribly knowledgeable.

Saw a cool sink for the imaginary home in my head. Looking forward to refinancing it so that I can afford the imaginary kitchen of my dreams.Also picked out some paint chips to tape to my bathroom wall for three months before I give up on that project.In addition got to live out my moth fantasy while looking at all the lighting options.Tldr: Lowes is a magical place. I look forward to my next visit.

Ok not very busy wonder how they stay open more employees than customers

I just love all Lowes stores. This Lowes in particular, has very nice employees, and just has a great feeling through the store any day of the week. A total recommend for anybody needed anything from a hardware store.

This place is nice but some of the workers seem to have an additude and seems like your bothering them when u ask questions! Not impressed about that but its just some of the employees and the others will go out of there way to help u!

Other than finding help in the power tools section, I got great prices on a sliding chop saw and a 150 piece tool set. Before I could ask about a military discount, the cashier asked me. Always seem to be treated well at lowes. But, they need more help, hard to find someone with the knowledge youre needing sometimes.

Inside of the store was great, friendly employees, stocked shelves...that being said the parking lot was disgusting, especially on the median between the parking lots. There was so much trash mixed I amongst the shrubs and grass. Old dirty mask, used latex gloves and so much trash. Just nasty, hopefully they clean it soon.

Careful when purchasing magnesium for your driveway. Seems the Roadrunner calcium has the same scue number. Takes them awhile to find the right item.

False advertising, false representation, laziest management team I have ever met.

The workers seems like they dont want to be there. About 60 percent of the time I go there, its understaffed.

I had to go to Lowes to buy a new caulking gun so I had previously purchased 3 packs of insulation support clips which turned out to be the wrong style for my application. I decided to return them but couldnt find my receipt. Thanks to my My Lowes card I was able to pull up my purchase on my cellphone and there was no issue getting a full refund.

My average wait time for customer service to find an order has been no less than an hour on my last three visits. It took three months for my last order to arrive broken! Im still waiting for the replacement!

I cant stand up for long anymore, so it is frustrating to wait in line shop. Lowes is really great in their service. An employee seen my plight and went in to get a wheelchair for me while I was in line. Once in another employee actually asked if they could help, and after hearing what my wife and I are doing (putting the exhaust tube for a portable A/C) thought out of the box and took us to winterizing section and showed us the foam strip for windows and told us to peel it off and stick it to the outflow panel and it would do just as well at less cost. Great Job.

We experienced a most helpful, professional young man named Cedar; ( love it) at the pick up counter!! Cedar rocked at his job! We hit him with what turned out to be an issue that he had never come across in his years of service there. Not only did he (with some patience and time) handle our situation; he multitasked; answering phones & other customers! Cedar is excellent at his job and should be commended for it!! Im an old school girl and to have someone of Cedars generation do their job with such professionalism and NO attitude makes for a very pleasant experience!! Kudos to you Cedar from the Bangor Lowes!
