Ordered my mother a Mothers ring for her 60th birthday. Less than a month later a stone fell out and they will not replace the ring. Do not buy from them. This is my 1st and last purchase.

I am only giving them a 1 star because there is no option for a 0 or no star. I live in Portland Maine. I ordered a $2,500.00 dollar necklace and earrings, for my wife for Christmas. When it arrived the chain was all tied in about 17 knots. The earrings were not the screw on backs as promised. When I finally got it untied. My wife put it on and the lobster claw broke (necklace clasp) the very first time. We called them. They offered no help. Told me to drive 189 miles (3hr drive) or return it. Save your money and time. Go with a real company. Guess you can’t get much for 2 and a half grand these days. Do not use this company. They got my 2.5 grand and they could care less about the after sale! Worst jewelry experience ever. Guess I should of gone ta Jared’s.

I would give them a 0 if it were an option!! My fiancée bought my engagement ring here. I received my ring on Christmas day but it needed to be sized. Brought the ring in on Dec 25. Was told itd be back on Jan 20....but may be a few days after because of covid and it being right after Christmas. So Jan 20 comes and no ring. I call the week after said return date and was pretty much told not to call because they will call me the day it comes in. So I wait another 2 weeks and still no call. I call them and they say it hasnt been sent back from the vendor yet. Call back a week later and am told it shows its finished but the vendor hasnt sent it back yet. They emailed the vendor and said they would call me back. Never got a call back. Two days later I call again and Im told that the vendor still hasnt answered the email. So its now Feb 15 and I still dont have my ring. Needless to say Im not very happy. It should not take 2 months to have a ring sized. Spend your money some where else because this company doesnt deserve any business.

The women I spoken with about a ring I had dropped off on March 5 and was post to be there to be picked up on April 19th and havent gotten it... well I called 3 days after the due date and she was very very rude. Of course Im going to upset, from the time I got the ring to when I dropped it off, the store has had it longer. We were told someone would call us back with information, its now been 2 weeks and no call. If this wasnt my ENGAGEMENT ring Id tell them to keep it!!! And get our money back! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ZALES AGAIN! worst customer service ever!UPDATE!! 6/13/2021: well here I sit, almost 4 months later, AND STILL DONT HAVE MY RING!! Ive never been so disappointed, and disgusted as I am now with this store. Plz plz plz plz people DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, you will be highly disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. I have to have my ring inspection done every 6 months, which I do and have done for six years. Never will buy anything from them anymore. I will go there only to have my ring checked.

I went in to get an engagement ring, and it was sent out over a month ago when I was originally told it would only take 2 weeks to get back every other day they keep telling me another two weeks.

This does not even deserve 1 star. The experience that my fiancé had at this location was beyond terrible. She went in to pick up her engagement ring that had been sent out for service. Mind you the only reason she knew it was in the store was because I reached out to customer service multiple times to track the repair. The online tracking system never worked. No emails or phone calls indicating the ring had been returned. She walked into the store and was not greeted. After making her way to the counter she was handed her ring asked if she wanted a box or if she was going to wear it and dismissed. The expectation was set that the diamond would be tested when it was returned and that did not happen either. Spoke to customer service and found out that the ring was either A) polished to the point of damage or B) rhodium dipped in places where that process should not have occurred. Now she gets to wait a week for them to send another replacement ring and go about knowing that the ring I used to propose to her will not be the one she gets to wear on her finger. Angry beyond words!

I have bought several rings here and have not been disappointed. The lifetime warranty that they have here is amazing and Ive had to use it multiple times.

The staff was pretty helpful and cleaned my engagement ring for me before we picked it up (7mm lab created white sapphire, halo, cushion cut, set in sterling silver). We paid to have it rhodium plated, which is supposed to be very tough and able to take wear and tear, but it was like clear nail polish and flaked off. Also, where the band was cut and sized, has broken. Its only two years old and I wore it mostly for one year, we were married a year after engagement and I didnt want it to be damaged further.

My go to jewelry store when Im looking for quality jewelry. Love the beauty of my purchases!

I wouldnt recommend ANYONE going to zales. The entire process with my engagement ring has been a nightmare and has ruined it for me. My ring was sent away for over 2 months last summer due to a CRACK in the side of it. It was returned untouched and they claimed it was a blemish. The diamond was loose and they claimed to fix. The diamond is still loose and they keep telling me it is fine. I have taken it to other jewlers who wont even clean it because its so loose. Not to mention they failed to mention important details of the financing agreement and my fiancé has been slammed in interest charges. He was talked into the financing option when he really wanted to just pay for it out right. Their customer service is also horrendous.

Most of the jewellery here is fairly average and overpriced. The employees were not very helpful, and quite standoffish.
