Bangor LocationThis post was originally for their clothing service. However, after sharing my review with the manager the store went from open to temporarily closed on google. Thats okay, I reported that to google as well.Stay away from this company! Sales rep makes promises that the company wont stand behind and does not ensure new customers understand what they are signing up for, knowing they are looking for a trial run with a new initiative they have not tried out before - employee uniforms - which requires a financial commitment on both the customer and its employees. We did not understand that we were signing into a FIVE year contract, as this important fact was simply a small bullet point on a list that the rep failed to mention to us, and now discovering we will pay a $15,000.00 buy out fee a year into it! This problem started because we had an employee that didnt return their uniforms. Cintas wanted to charge us over $1200.00 for his uniforms. Before we agreed to sign the contract, the rep assured us that a situation like this wouldnt be a problem, and that she has had the service guy go grab them from an ex-employee so the owners wouldnt be charged! As the owner of the company, I went and personally picked up the clothing from the ex-employees home upon learning of the $1,200 replacement fee, and still Cintas insists on us paying the $1,200.00 despite the fact that the uniforms have been returned. Id also like to mention that we opted for the additional weekly cost of their insurance program, which we were told would cover replacements. Do yourself a favor and do not sign on with this company. Gouging your current customers for additional cost during an epidemic, is wrong on all levels!Troy Pearl
