Ive only been there a couple times, but theyve always treated me well. It seems a very professionally run clinic. Well do an extended review at a later date. Not much to report at this time. Stay Tuned.

I was able to expand my mind and come to terms with my self sabotaging behavior. My counselor here was a godsend. I would definitely recommend them. However, if youre not ready to get help you will not prosper. Nobody can help anyone who doesnt want help.

The company was nice enough and accommodating but the counselor my husband and I saw was atrocious. Charles Gardner is a joke. He was rude to us and wasted our time.

My experience with this counseling clinic was horrible. I got a DWI 13 yrs ago n accumulated 4 OASs after. So I did DEEP then was ready for the counseling sessions. My first 2, $75 sessions with Holly went great. She told me that I just needed to do one more n Id be done. Well after my 2nd class I informed Holly that Id be going to Virginia for 2 weeks on a family vacation. She told me to keep in touch when I got home so that shed know that I was going to finish. I got home from Virginia 15 days later and the very next day I received a letter in the mail from Dirago counseling (Holly) saying that I didnt contact her withen 2 weeks so that my paperwork was sent back to DEEP and to call if I wanted to start services. She waited exactly 14 days (2 weeks) then immediately sent my paperwork back so I need to start all over again. Holly n I had a verbal agreement and I informed her about vacation and we talked about it. Its just about $ because they surly do NOT care about us!!Thanks for reading my survey, this place is nothing other than a $ racket.....Derek J Bouchard
