Wasted over 1.5 hours of my life waiting for an exam registration process that never happened. Unable to get a refund on USD$99, only voucher.A MS certification is just a test of patience and dealing with this company, ridiculous! Only way to contact them is by phone or chat, expect to spend a lot of time waiting for everything with this company.
