We cant say enough great things about Diane Bean. She has a relaxed attitude yet it all gets done. My wife and I booked a trip to Jamaica with Diane late in 2019.As you can imagine our travel plans were upended by Covid just 2 weeks before our trip.Diane took care of everything for us. She got us vouchers and eventually we rebooked for early spring 2021.Unfortunately Jamaica still had many restrictions in place and we were concerned about getting our tests in time for travel as well as concerns about what we could do in jamaica with many places closed and restrictions on capacities.Diane quickly offered a solution to rebooking us in mexico on the riviera maya.She highly recommended the Valentin imperial resort and we jumped on it just a couple weeks prior to our trip.She once again took care of everything from rebooking flights, taking care of transportation and booking our hotel rooms. She even looked into upgrades at the hotel for us.We had the trip of a lifetime thanks solely to her and her efforts.We settled on a gold package with a swim up room that was absolutely incredible and we didnt want to leave!We cant thank her enough for all she did to make this vacation happen in such uncertain times.Diane was there whenever I needed her for more than a year and a half and I can honestly say that if you book travel with her, you wont have anything to worry about.We are now her customers for life!

Diane is our go to for travel needs. Ive referred countless folks to her and never had anyone regret it. With the day and age of internet bait and switch her knowledge of places is very upfront. Ive never once questioned something she set up. She planned our wedding of 25 people and completely nailed it. I travel for work extensively but always let her handle group or family vacations. Honest, direct and no bs is what I require and shes it. Great family owned business!

I recently tried to participate in a group trip to Europe for which Diane Bean was the travel agent. It was one of the worst transactions in which I was involved in my entire life. She repeatedly deceived trip participants on actual trip costs; refused to respond to direct questions on costs before requesting payment; and became defensive and indignant when asked to explain her business practices.I would recommend anyone thinking about booking travel with her to run in the opposite direction. I would give her zero stars, but google wont allow me to post unless I clicked on one star.

Wonderful travel agency and I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. Just wish I had more money to travel more often with Dianes help.
