Rude and said he was only only that work on iPad in town way over priced too

The technician there is very knowledgeable, personable, and has incredible hair. It is in a convenient location for parking and running in to drop off and pick up my phone on my lunch breaks. The tech helped me diagnose the phone, was prompt with several repairs, and saved me a good chunk of money. He took the time to give me some advice about maintaining a healthy phone battery and offered support about other tech products I am considering purchasing. I would definitely recommend this place to folks.

I needed my screen replaced and I was worried I would need to drive to Portland or simply replace my entire iPhone. The Fix was prompt, efficient, they identified that I needed a new screen to get ride of the green line on the side of my screen. I left my phone there for 30 minutes, did a little shopping and returned and it was completed promptly. I couldn’t be happier! Best $170 spent on my $1600 XS Max iPhone that is otherwise in great working condition. Highly recommended in my book!

When my phone screen was cracked they fixed that, but then now my screen is not working correctly the way it was. Its now glitchy, its very laggy, its called people, some were unknown and one was a person I was trying to text, and lastly its doing random things like clicking on other apps or typing a few letters on the key board when Im trying to text someone. Now my phone wont unlock, when I try to do something and its not working right I shut it down and then turn it back on, tried that but couldnt and now it wont let me open my phone up...Very unimpressed😠😡

I recently got my IPhone 7 Plus screen replaced. The crack was really bad, it even dented the phone itself and it was directly on the front facing camera. I was very impressed by how quickly it was fixed (20 min). It was a bit more than usual as the camera had to be replaced but I was very impressed by the communication and options available to me especially because I did not have high hopes the camera would be useful anymore. Hopefully I won’t break my phone again but if I do I will definitely be coming back!

**Update** Owner was rude. Employees were rude. Was contacted back about them only doing 2/3 of the work and took my phone back to them about it. For about 3 weeks they had my phone. Id get a message saying its ready for me to get tomorrow. I make the hour drive for it to not be ready when I got there saying they needed another part or something. They did this to me for 3 weeks. Contacting the company was a joke and usually The Fix just has a sign saying employee not here call this number. No one answers when you call. When I finally got my phone back from them I got a almost 400 dollar paperweight and them shrugging their shoulders saying nothing we can do not our fault!!! My phones damage came from them not replacing the back piece I paid for them to repaid. The damage that happened to my phone happened because They failed to do there part and fix my phone correctly the first time like they said they did and like I paid for, but atlas they did not. They were a horrible company to deal with and I lost 400 dollars for them not repairing my phone another couple hundred to replace the phone they broke and all the my babys photos from my phone because this company lied and took my money! My advice do not ever go here look up CPR (Cell Phone Repair) instead!!!!Paid over 350 dollars for them to fix my damaged note 8. They only did 2/3 of the repairs, and gave it back to me as if it was 100%. Not satisfied currently waiting on managers response to this issue.

Have been there a few times i normally fix my phone at home but dont always have the time to wait for parts to come in the mail. the rep there Ali is amazing always gives that extra wow experience step gave me a great deal and has now fixed 3 of my phones i have owned and he does it in like 15 min tops its amazing defiantly recommend if you have a cracked screen, broken camera or charging port. He does great work there would rate a 10/5 if i could!!!!

Medium quality experience. I wouldn’t highly highly recommend it or anything but also I wouldn’t say not to go here. The color balance of my replaced iPhone 8+ screen is slightly off and not able to be fixed even tho it’s supposedly an Apple certified part and we paid the extra cost for that. It was originally supposed to take an hour for the repair but took nearly 4 instead. However, the fact that they’re open weird hours made me happy so 3 stars is the right number.

Low quality products. Got a new screen and even spent extra for a higher quality one, but it was much lower quality than screen replacements that I’ve paid half for. Don’t go here. Like ever.

I have an iPhone 6 that I completely shattered the screen on. Took it to The Fix Adam was able to replace the screen in 10 minutes and did it right in front of me. Really nice guy and even put a screen protector on my phone. Highly recommend this place.

My mom has a old model phone. I took it couple places they told me it didnt worst to fix. But my mom keeps asking me to fix the phone. Finally i visit store today. Ali have all parts in the kiosk and he did it only for 15min 45$. My mom is so happy. She didn’t loose any date and phone works perfectly fine.

If I could give them no stars, I would. 3 weeks ago i brought my iphone 8+ in to have the screen replaced, cost $100. Yesterday, the top portion of the touch screen stopped working. I brought it back to the girl who originally replaced it, she said that the best she could do was $65 to replace it again, because that was the cost of the part. (I buy these parts whole sale and thats BS it should NEVER be more than $30.00 TOPS) I said fine just fix it. I asked if she replaced it again if everything would function properly, she said yes Ill make sure everything is fine. This exact same thing happened to my boyfriends phone when she repaired it, so when he went in to pick it up he refused to pay for it because I had not done anything to cause the screen to stop working. She was unbelievably rude, and when I got my phone back the Home button didnt even work. She is lazy, rude and a complete liar. Horrendous customer service and quality of not only parts but labor as well.

The worker named Ali at the fix was super helpful, kind, and even funny! I’ve never been helped faster in my life, and every word was finished with a smile! 10/10 recommend.

Went to two other stores. One said they couldnt do it, the other wanted to charge 150 and make us wait at least 4 days. The fix did it in an hour (less) and charged 90. This is by far the best place to come.

I went to this kiosk yesterday to try and get my cell phone screen fixed. To say I was unimpressed with the girl who was working would be an understatement. She had her phone laying out looking through her picture gallery, all but ignoring me. She finally contacted Ali on her phone to see if they could repair my screen. After all was said and done, turns out they couldnt repair such an old model phone. I wasnt aware that a phone that just came out in 2017 was considered old. If it had been from 5 years and back, maybe old, but only a year old, really? I dont think these people even recognized my phone brand. Not impressed at all and would not recommend.

Closes at 9pm but kiosk unattended at 8pm. Called # provided and was assured someone would return in 5 minutes. Waited almost an hour for an employee who did not return. Terrible customer service.

Ive broken my iPhone several times over the past couple months. Every time Ive gone to the kiosk in the Bangor mall, Adam has worked on my phone for me. Hes always very pleasant to talk to while working on my phone. Im always pleased with the work does, and he always goes above and beyond to help me out. Definitely an asset to the company. Id go to the fix over any other place from now on!

I called The Fix and they were able to service my sons phone immediately. I came in with a very broken screen. It was fixed in a timely manner. I’m only giving four stars because I paid cash and realized that it’s very card friendly. Don’t know if it was because I came late afternoon, but he didn’t have cash to break a twenty. If I didn’t decide to buy boots for my daughter I wouldn’t have had the close to the cash amount after taxes. 5 stars if you pay card though 🤷🏼‍♀️

Store “opens” at 10. It is 10:29 and I have yet to see anyone who works here. There is just a sign that says “be back soon” with a number to call. The number doesn’t even work, which for a “tech” company (and I use both of those words lightly) definitely a red flag. Based on the all the other reviews I’ve seen it seems like there are some major problems here. Do you guys want money or......

If I could give this place zero stars I would. No wonder it didnt cost that much because my phone is more broken than it was before. I dropped my phone and the screen broke but people were calling me so thats how I know my speaker worked. Now my speaker doesnt work, theres plastic sticking out of my speaker. My finger print thing doesnt work and I know that worked before too. And theres a bunch of other stuff. Just go somewhere else and pay more. Its worth it.

I had a young woman, who told me if I paid cash shed give me a discount and then never did.... She then fixed the home button though it was never broken, and broken screen. Prior to bringing the phone here the battery was near brand new and worked efficiently. She warned me it was bad and might not work. Suddenly the battery is not able to start the phone unless it remains plugged in. Im not impressed- but worse- I feel like my needs wont be addressed which is why I refuse to return or recommend. Again, could be just the person I had, but all it takes is one bad apple..... She refused to hear anything I said about my phone dismissing me as uneducated. All around yucky feeling.

DREADFUL. Two hours late from when they said they were open. A conplete scam. They repair a screen and give you a “shatterproof protector” when you drop it on your bed it can literally shatter under the protector

To describe my experience using this company trying to get my phone fixed would be a gargantuan task because this company is garbage! They use doublespeak, they use insulting terms, and they are not reliable. Phone was given to them on monday with the promise that I would have it fixed in two days. I left my email address with him so he could contact me when said phone was done. I had to go physically to the mall today to retrieve my phone because the gentleman was trying to jip me, take my money, and put the broken part back on my phone! I actually had to call my dad and have him interfere with me because the gentleman at the fix was belligerent and belittling to me. It was only due to my fathers help that I was able to retrieve my phone. I would not recommend this company, I certainly wouldnt recommend this company to other military members, as I am a military daughter myself. I know most believe that the mall is a convenient place to shop, but trust me, avoid this company like you would avoid the plague because they are bad for business indefinitely unreliable to the nth degree! I may be a young woman, but I am not naive nor am I stupid as this gentleman at the fix try to make me out to be. He even asserted that he didnt care what the customer thought, because it was his business. Trust me, avoid this place! If I could, I would have given them 0 stars because thats what theyre worth.

I took my iPad in to repair the digitizer screen, it came back with a loose home button and glue all over the screen. Lasted about 4 months before the digitizer screen lifted off. 160$ for a poor repair. Fixed it myself for 28$. Do not recommend this place at all.

I visit this place couple weeks ago. I got broken galaxy s8 . Before to visit this gentelman i checked couple places. Some of them told me crazy price and some of them told that screen is expensive and they dont have it on stuck . They can order it but i gonna take time. Unfortunately i need my phone same day. After i came to bangor mall Ali did it only 40 mins for better price.

Do NOT go here whatever you do. I came in to get my screen fixed and they pulled me back over after about 10 minutes saying the battery stopped working and I would need to pay $60 extra dollars to fix the battery but no worries they discounted the battery to only 30....
